Stayed one night Nov. Very clean, convenient B&B. Although not the most spacious, rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom, towels and shower were all of high standard. Plenty of options for breakfast. Easy and convenient check-in and check out. Solid B&B.

We stayed here recently for the second time and it was as great as the first! The house is decorated in neutral calm colours which we felt created a very restful atmosphere. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful and kept us going til dinner.Nellie Dees is also ideally situated with all restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We had a...

Had a wonderful stay with Lorain and Jimmy. They accommodated my family of six for two nights and it was all good. Super clean, great breakfast and near all the pubs, cliffs of Moher and the burren. Traditional Irish music every night in the pubs and the fresh food in County Clare can't be beat.

I can't believe all these 4 and 5 star reviews. My wife and I stayed there overnight on September 6, 2015, after driving The Road From Hell (not the B&B's fault), and were shown to a room best suited to a nun or a monk. No decoration, no pictures, no hint at a warm design. White walls, white bedclothes. Stark...

Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as your feedback is very important to us. My son and I had a two night stay here. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Great breakfast from friendly owners. We walked to McGann's for dinner first night and then walked to O'Connor's Pub to meet Pat Sweeney for Cliffs of Moher walk next morning. Didnt need our car. Behind the b and b are the ruins of an...

Jimmy and Loraine are very welcoming. The bed - comfortable, bathroom - clean, and the breakfast - lovely. They were kind enough to throw our clean but still damp socks in their dryer to make them "packable"! Very thoughtful. This town - Doolin - is remote. If you're there - you're probably going on a ferry to the Aran Islands?...

My family of three stayed for one evening. The B&B was clean. Check in was extremely easy. Our hosts gave us great advise for where to go and what to see. It is a short walk to the pubs for amazing music and they even provided safety vests for our walk back in the dark. Breakfast was delicious and our...

This was our second trip to Ireland and our second stay at Nellie Dee's B&B. Our first stay in 2012 was through a travel agent, but in planning our return trip ourselves this time, we remembered Nellie Dee's and Doolin and wanted to be certain to see this beautiful part of the country again. The B&B is bright and welcoming,...

My partner and I stayed two nights at Nellie Dees and had the loveliest time. The rooms are super clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is really outstanding. We've had a bit of a hard time with getting decent food on our trip of Ireland - Nellie's was a welcome exception. Highly recommend. The hosts are friendly and very...

Lovely B&B clean modern and family run. Good wi-fi. Breakfast was good and asked if we wanted anymore. Only one problem, there were not any curtains in the bedroom only a net curtai n so once it was bright in the morning (5am) the room was bright. Could do with curtains with blackout lining.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We were happy to read you enjoyed your stay at Nellie Dee's but surprised to hear you had a problem with the bedroom window as it did not have heavy curtains and the room was bright at 5am. In fact all the bedroom windows are fitted with a black out...
