Margaret was the friendliest, most thoughtful host a person could hope for. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, her knowledge of the area bountiful. The home made scones were the best in all of Ireland !!!! If you are ever in the area we highly recommend staying at this B&B. The entire experience was awesome. Beautiful views and gardens....

Margaret was a wonderful host. She knew exactly what we needed when we first showed up at her place after a long travel day. She had our room ready early and we were able to take a quick nap. When we awoke she had a pot of tea ready and she sat and talked with us for a while, giving...

We only stayed one night, but Margaret was charming and very helpful. She gave us great tips on what to see and even offered to call us a cab for our night on the town. Breakfast was wonderful and her homemade scones, delicious. When it was time to leave, Margaret even called ahead to secure our next B and B....

My wife and I stayed at several B&B's throughout Ireland and Emohruo was by far the best experience. Margaret, the innkeeper, has an outstanding operation in lovely Doolin. Margaret and Emohruo offer a terrific breakfast (scones, A++), spotless rooms, sound advice and tips for visiting Doolin, and wonderful stories about the town. Her passion for Doolin was inspiring. Location is...

My husband and I absolutely loved staying with Margaret. Our room was spotless! She was kind and informative about the area. We will most defiantly stay with her again. Very close to Doolin, the ferry to The Aran Islands and down the road from the Cliffs of Moher. Thanks, Margaret! The Middlesworth Family

We stayed two lovely nights at Emohruo B&B with Margaret Carey. I've been to Ireland three times and this was the best B&B I've ever experienced. She was a fantastic host, providing us with a tasty breakfast, unsurpassed accommodations, great conversation, excellent tips, and solid local connections. Don't be deceived by the simple farmhouse exterior. Emohruo B&B has been tastefully...

After a long drive and having gotten lost, (our fault) Margaret was able to guide us to her wonderful B and B. We got there around midnight but Margaret wasnt phased at all and greeted us with a cup of tea. Our two boys got their own rooms and were very excited. The big surprise came in the morning when...

Our stay at Emohruo was fantastic. Margaret was extremely kind and helpful and made a superb breakfast! Her huge pancakes are delicious and the brown bread was the best we had on our trip. The bed in our room was heavenly--like sleeping on a cloud--and the room was very large with big windows. Margaret was very helpful pointing us to...
