I stayed as part of a group of 9. Room was warm, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were convenient and spotless. Kitchen and seating areas were full of interesting people. Owner / management were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at €1.50 was unbelievable value. Haven't stayed in a hostel in years, and this was the most perfect return. Fantastic location and...

Spent the night at the Aille River hostel in one of the private 3 bed e rooms that have 2 single bunk beds and one double. Lots of on site parking with a comfortable common room and a large well cared for kitchen. Beds were comfortable and slept well. Got up in the morning and had the egg and soda...

Stayed here with my Mom and loved the location, room, atmosphere but got pretty much no sleep. This due to loud people downstairs chatting and people in the corridors drunkily yelling at each other and chatting. Ended up going out at 5am and telling them to shut up or go downstairs (they were loud from about 2am onwards) Large gaps...

We stayed for one night in the tipi! It is really comfortably furnished and when the weather is good enough you can enjoy sitting outside in the evening or in the mornings! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and also the rest of the hostel is very clean and well equipped!

Lovely, friendly, helpful atmosphere in the hostel. Excellent location, a minutes walk from Hotel Doolin, restaurants and bar. Nice breakfast for an extra €1.50. 2km from the ferry port to the Aran Islands. Highly recommend this hostel.

Wanted to stop here on our travels round the south to see the cliffs of moher. It's like a proper irish cottage, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and showers and bathroom were in the room which is handy. Car parking was abit of an issue but overall the place was great.

We visited the Hostel and wanted a double room but unfortunately it was booked out so we decided to camp in the backyard for 9 Euros per Person is a fair price. The kitchen was super clean and had everything you need. In the dinning room was enough place for all and the atmosphere was great. I would go there...

As a family of four, with older kids, it is hard to find an affordable option in Europe without paying for two rooms. I knew I am booking into a hostel and not a 4star hotel. It's a perfect place for young travelers. Great location, beautiful building on a river, quite nice "receptionist". Decently clean. The common room is cozy...
