I knew I was dealing with a professional team and in for a good stay when I spoke on the phone with Sonia at reception who was very friendly and professional and being welcomed by Nikolay on arrival who directed me where to park as the parking was full on the busy long weekend. My stay started off a bit wobbly after this some issues with the sea view room type, amenities and facilities not matching what was stated on their website, etc. but this was swiftly sorted out by Nikolay their concierge / doorman / jack of all trades, Jenny their guest services manager and Nelly their rooms division manager and things improved from there. Some of their rooms are a bit dated and in need of maintenance, but definitely comfortable with new beds, clean linen and towels which is most important. I liked the different lighting options which was not too bright like some of the newer hotels. Christos the F&B manager was on the ball and his entire breakfast, lunch and dinner teams took good care of us and made sure we were well fed and well looked after. The chefs were great especially the friendly guy who made & brought the souvla to the buffet on Dekapentavgousto. The lady making the loukoumades by the sea was very sweet too, just like the traditional donut honeyballs she was making 🍯. The hotel pool area seems newly refurbished but a bit clinical and in need of more greenery or plants. Perhaps some green lawn or shrubs would be better than the grey stones all over the place which makes it a bit dull. But I think it’s just a temporary measure for the remainder of the immediate summer season. The gym & spa girls were all great and especially Adriana Elena who gave me two great treatments - hot stone and hydrating cinnamon! The lady at the shop where I bought some sunnies was also refreshingly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Elias beach hotel and spa where you’re not just ‘another guest’ but receive bespoke individual attention. It has great potential to be a retro or Art Deco style designer hotel and one of the best once their refurbishment program is complete and they have settled down. I look forward to returning soon.

We have been visiting Cyprus for many years and have previously stayed at the Elias Beach Hotel.
On this trip we were moving around the island a bit, but had a 3nights stay for some well earned relaxation.
As always the welcome and general service throughout was excellent.
Since our last visit there has been extensive renovations to the pool, gardens and common areas providing an updated/modern look look whilst still retaining its charm. On speaking to the staff we understand further renovations are planned over the winter.
For meals, breakfast is a plentiful buffet that caters for pretty much everyone’s appetites with freshly made omelettes, waffles etc.
We had lunch in the restaurant and the beach bar, both serving an a la carte menu that meant the food was not mass produced and was freshly prepared.
Our rooms (2 adjoining) were very clean and comfortable with beautiful view over the gardens to the sea.
It was pleasing to revisit the Elias Beach Hotel and see that the character (and service) have stayed consistent from what I remember before…I will certainly look forward to bringing my family back again!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel so welcome and the pool area sloping down to the beach and sea front was amazing!
We had a body massage at the spa which was perfect.
We did B&B (breakfasts are yum, chef on standby for omelettes etc) as we like to go out in the evening- there is a great restaurant a few minutes walk along the sea path and opposite the hotel are a few restaurants/bars.
€1.50 euro on the 30 bus outside the hotel takes you into Limassol which is buzzing !
Didn’t want to go home but can’t wait to return .

Just returned from a week holiday with my wife and our 3 kids. From the moment you enter Elias Beach Hotel, you feel welcomed from the smiling Receptionists and every other member of staff.
We have enjoyed the location, amazing sandy beach, and nice and spacious swimming pools, especially the kids pool which kids enjoyed a lot.
Delicious and lots of variety in food.
A very long coastal pedestrian walkway starts from the hotel, nice for walking next to the beach with free access to the crystal sea.
A great location to travel around the island, easy access to the highway, from where you can enjoy a lot of excursions, if you want to go to mountains or other cities.
Highly recommended to every family and not only for their summer vacations or even a short break!

Stayed here for 9 days beginning Nov for partners birthday. Stayed in room 510 top floor. Side view of sea but always in shade so gets bit nippy that time year.room spacious with king size bed.
Breakfast was nice, the normal bacon, egg etc, plus fruit, toast, and had omelette bar were they made fresh whilst waited even waffles and mini pancakes.
Dinner always a variety of dishes, fish, meats and sides. Always something to eat.
On my partners birthday they surprised him with a birthday cake, was so lovely and unexpected.
Didn’t use the pool as hotel is right on beach, always found a sun bed. Loved the cats that live within area.
Not much in area so ideal for a relaxing holiday only unless hire a car.
My only reason for not giving 5* was the food is not hot, it’s kept warm so some of the dishes were being opened and closed doesn’t keep the heat in, also drink bit expensive, we was half board and a bottle coke was €4 each.
Nice shop across the road and one up the road if need anything food etc.
Would go back again.

Located 15-20 minutes by car from Limasol center. Beach is at your feet.
Many bars and shops around the hotel. A lot of parking spaces.
Free and excellent wifi everywhere.
The room was big and it seemed clean. I expected some bathroom amenities for a 4 star hotel. Even those they provide, they didn't replace the next day. The fridge in the room was at a wine cooler temperature, witch was not good at all , at 40°C.
The pool area was clean but one of the 2 pools was very dirty at the bottom and not just with sand.
There's not a well shaded place around the pool, even at the pool bar.
The beach bar was really nice to sit and relax, with a great view. It serves only take away food and drinks.
The prices was OK for a 4 🌟 hotel.
The stuff was polite and helpful but overall the areas (pool, bars and restaurants) that serve the quests was understaffed, so we had to almost search for and go get everything ourselves.
Breakfast was good , big variety.
To sum up, I won't mind to stay again but only if the price is much less than what we payed. For a 4 🌟 hotel, I expected to be a little more comfortable.

I spent a weeks holiday with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved every moment. Upon arrival we requested a seaview room and the friendly receptionist (forgot the name), spoke to her manager and arranged for us a lovely view which was a nice touch. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast, a lot of choices and always fresh. It was quite warm with high temperatures so we spent most of the days around the pool and by the sea. We will definitely come back again!

Very bad customer service from a person from the staff named Miguel, He has mentioned laundry is not available so I had to go another resort to make it then later another gentle lady has said laundry is available and he replied he wasn't aware which is very strange,AC wasn't working efficient and cleaning wasn't done. When I had complaint my issue wasn't even taken to the manager by service desk. Not happy with 7 days stay at all

I've just come back from Elias Beach hotel and I have to say my boyfriend and I had the best time ever! We stayed for one week, we wanted to combine relaxing and exploring. We rented a car, so that we can easily access the city of Limassol, but most days ended up staying in the hotel! The food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for us! Especially when we said we were there to celebrate our 2 year anniversary, they prepared a special surprise for us in the room, thus made it even more special for us! The spa facility is a great plus, made our holiday even more enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely go back to this hotel, in fact we're thinking about booking for next year.
To the whole Elias beach hotel team:
Thank you so much for this special holiday!!!
