We called them up to book two rooms for two days and Mr. Basumatary was very cooperative and helpful. Since they couldn’t give us the same rooms for two days , they arranged different rooms for different days but at a discounted rate. All the staff members including the Son of the owner(very humble) were very cooperative and accommodating to our needs.
There was smell in the rooms we stayed in the first day and the house keeping attended to it promptly.
The food in their restaurant is awesome at a reasonable rate. My mother who doesn’t like outside food had all praises for the chef and hence I left some tips for him/her.
The downside is that if you are staying on the weekends then expect a lot of crowd, people who makes day trip to this place. You need be ready to see more people on Sunday. We didn’t find anything wrong with people coming but if you are looking for some lone time then avoid staying on Saturdays or Sundays.
Overall we enjoyed our stay with two kids , free bird watching and some free activities!
We plan to visit the place again .

Had a great stay with my family at the resort. The rooms are decent with beautiful, calming view. There is a wide range of activities, which are quite affordable, fun and keep everyone engaged. Favorite for me, was of course, ziplining. The infinity swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. The food again is very affordable (by similar resort standards) and delicious, although the service was a little slow. Would recommend people to book a multi-day stay here to just chill and enjoy. One of the best places to relax around Guwahati.

Located on top of a hill, with a waterfall and a mini-lake, and surrounded by tea gardens on the front and Amchang Wildlife Sanctuary at the back, in pure jungle ambiance, yet secured, and with mouthwatering authentic cuisines and cozy simple yet luxurious rooms. It has exciting activities like fishing, angling, boating etc .It also has a swimming pool. Serene location, out of the locality. There are 21 rooms scattered on the slop of the hill. Surrounded by the nature.
An excellent group of young staff is there to take care of all your needs. Food is very tasty, and you can have it in your room, or restaurant area or in any cottage spread around the area.
No problem in arranging a cab for tour. Lots of activities are available, few of them are free with CP type of room booking.
As the rooms are on the slop of the hill, be prepared to climb up stairs to reach your room. We got hut number 301, the topmost cottage. And you may get companies of few lizards in the room.
Everything was wonderful, only disappointment for me was the room(301)- that is for only two persons, and for us booked for 3, with extra charges. But after reaching we found there was no place to put an extra mat, and we 3 had to manage in that single bed.

Had a splendid stay with my family in this place. raw natural ambience perfect for a getaway with your dear ones. food was also very tasty... some options were not available which was understandable given the corona situation all over and the resort was operating with only 25-30% of their total staff as due to the ban on inter-district movement in the state they haven't been able to bring all of their employees back,(as informed by the manager Mr. Sunit), who was really helpful throughout the stay. Even then we had a good experience throughout and indulged in the activities on offer. notably the zipline was a good one and the kids enjoyed the toy train and water roller! will definitely come back again soon! good luck

If I will start with an adjective to describe our experience in this resort it will be "splendid". The room, the resort atmosphere, the staff are so so good. I had an amazing trekking and bird viewing experience with mr. Bubul malakar who was so knowledgeable and sweet. I will recommend once you should have this experience with him. Also the room in charge Mr. Ridip Sharma a wonderful fellow, he helped us in every possible way. The food here is just mouth watering, specially the morning black tea. If you want to stay within nature with all the amenities, this is a must stay for you. I will give 6 out of 5 star to this place, one extra point for the stuffs of here, who are super cool
