We booked the Grand Heritage Resort for all the functions to be held on 12, 13 Feb with 45 rooms on 5th Nov for my sister in law's wedding. From that day till the checkout day, I can't thank enough to Mr. Arpit (GM) who has been like a brother to me in each step taken from 0 to 100. He made sure for each and everything making to be perfect and our show to be a great success.
The property is so beautiful and huge with neat and clean rooms, 2 big lawns, 2 grand halls, swimming pool, proper parking space and great services. It gave a feeling of destination wedding.
I would also like to mention the backbones of the team - Mr. Neeraj (Manager), Mr. Anshuman, Mr. Munna Singh without whom it wouldn't have been possible.. they are the ones standing on one leg and making everything available just on one call.
Talking about food in every function ~ snacks, main course, desserts.. everything was so so delicious just as we wanted ~ punjabi taste, a big thanks to the chef. The presentation, quality of food, serving, everything was just perfect. Everyone just loved the live counter "Chai". The breakfast was amazing with lot of variety and great taste.
The most important thing which brings aesthetics to the space is decor part for which we would like to thank Mr. Pramod and his very hard working staff Mr. Munna who created every corner and small small detailing sooo beautiful that it bought life to our all the functions.
I would highly recommend this property to everyone for your future functions if you want it to be a great success, just book here without giving a second thought!

The staff at Grand Heritage resort were exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. - Arpit, Neeraj and their team are amazing and super supportive they anticipated our every need and made the entire process stress-free. The banquet staff were incredibly efficient and friendly.

I have been travelling now for some time and this was my worst experience yet in terms of service. The staff is completely irresponsible and doesn't respond even after calling multiple times. We stayed for 3 days as corporate guests but our room wasn't cleaned even after multiple calls to the reception. Our room didn't have an AC remote, upon requesting the staff chuckled and went away. Unless you dont have a raincoat or tent to spend the night on the street, dont stay here.

The arrangement was good and quite reasonable. The food was quite scrumptious and the venue as well as the rooms were very spacious. The managers are flexible with help and support. Its an affordable stay and a very good place for any sort of celebration.

It is one of the best places in Delhi - NCR region to host weddings and family events . The location , amenities and staff were all upto our expections and special mention to the food and decor. The place is also easily accessible by metro which is another huge plus point

service was top notch. We got everything withing 2min. Water, tea, snacks, tea,breakfast, lunch,dinner were all nicely laid out.
One point to mention as drawback. Need to upgrade washrooms. They were fine but need some new life. Fix leaking taps, broken pipes. Bed sheets were dirty. Even washed bed sheets were dirty and spotted. Gave a very unhygienic feeling. But leave that and rest everything was very nice. We stayed for 6 days and everyday it was nice experience

We had a wedding ceremony held at the venue. The two-day ceremony was very well handled by the management. Help was provided when needed. Special mention of Neeraj ji and Manish ji to handle and provide an appreciated help at all times. Highly recommend. All our guests were highly satisfied. Will reach out again and recommend the same.
