I stayed here for my birthday and this was my first visit to property.Really like the lush greenery,beautiful water body and colourful flowers everywhere.My room was golf view and view was absolutely awesome.Room had enough natural lights and decor was matching with ambience.Welcoming was great.Personalise service was there from almost everyone.And my special thanks to Neha from front office.She was very polite and carried charm in her face to make guest comfortable.She knows the correct term of hospitality. Having said that there are some grey areas where improvements can be done for better guest experience. Firstly what i felt that there is some communication gaps between various departments in terms of guest request. My room was knock three different time by different people for request i never ask for.
Secondly,Hotel is very large and have beautiful decor.However one can feel that there is some attention needed in terms of maintenance is concern.Correct majors should be taken before its too late.
Lastly,Cleaning needed more attention to detail.Dust can be seen in different areas.And cleaning equipments should not be visible in guest area.
Above feedback are only for improvement purpose.Overall i have great stay and loved to come back soon.

Due to my many official visits to the capital, I got the chance to stay in many 5-star hotels. The one which I personally enjoyed and relish was when I stayed in Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort. Jaypee hotels being one of the best 5-star hotels in Delhi/NCR is well-equipped to welcome and cater guests from all over the globe. Spread over a widespread area, with vast spread green fields, etc., Jaypee Greens is an ideal location for making delightful memories of a lifetime. Explicit surroundings, exclusive arrangements, a delectable menu and unmatched service, made the complete stay hugely delightful and pleasant for all of us.

Our stay during a family wedding at the Resort was one of our memorable experience. The staff and services provided by the resort were excellent. The people looking after the arrangements of the guests were amazing, and fulfilled our needs without any delay. They were efficient and courteous . We had a wedding function at Jaypee Greater Noida. Food in the wedding was average but the banquet services given to us was Outstanding. Mr. Kazim & Mr. Ranjeet services were outstanding and i must say the best in India. Banquet team were there on toes anytime and they did everything which was asked by us. We are so much proud of banquet team. Three Cheers to them and Mr. Amit Sharma ( F&B Manager )
Let me complete but if someone is thinking to plan a destination wedding at this property please do not as they do not have sufficient staff for room services, they only provide 2-3 bell boy to handle luggage for a group of 300. No wheelchair support as they only have 2. Our group required 5 wheelchairs but we had to get it on rent from outside for our guests. If something is required on room we get answers from there team that it will take 20-25 minutes as we need to look other rooms as well. Kindly do not choose this property as your wedding destination property.

We are currently staying here since yesterday. Services are Pathetic. You order anything at in room service, the delivery time is minimum of 1 hour. We had small kids with us and it becomes very difficult. This morning,I asked for chocolate milk and was told that it's chargeable. If we stay in a five star hotel,we know what are chargeable. The doors don't close unless pulled out.We thought that doors close on their own as they do in any hotel once we get out,but on return the door was open.This was the case in all the 4 rooms we were in. My 80 yr old mother in law had no functional ac in the room. The room was at a temperature of 10degrees.It took an hour to get it rectified as another hour to just provide another quilt One doesn't expect this of Jaypee. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. 1. The staff doesn't make you feel welcomed. All the staff looks tired and rude. 2. Breakfast buffet is average and it is the same every day. No variety. 3. The staff in the restaurant is not at all helpful. Dirty tables, will not set up the table properly once the previous guest has left. 4. In fact, they refused to serve you at the table saying that it is a buffet 5. The Chef will try to please the foreigners and will go all the way to please them. They give the least importance to us, Indians. 6. Checkout was not smooth. Delayed. 7. The rates were doubled during that week as the hotel was booked for a conference. The reason they gave for the poor service was that we were full. If they can double the rates during high occupancy, then why can't they provide the service also to match the rates.
I would say, the hotel is old, overpriced, and has poor service. They charge you like other 5-stars but provide you a service of 1 star.

I was in the resort this September. This is way overpriced for the stay it gives. First pros, rooms are big and staff is courteous despite being incompetent. They won't do a thing but would be polite. Cons, food is priced way high and is average. TVs don't work in the room and their engineering department doesn't come even after complaining. They don't have a physical in dining menu in the room. Though TVs don't work, but they have decided to go high tech in giving you menu. You call them and then they deliver a qr code standie, you scan it, and then see the menu. This is the first 5 star I have ever visited that does not serve a buffet. Its because hotel is haunted and no one comes here. Payment for food is taken immediately after you finish it, because people run away from this place without paying. That should give you an idea about the kind of people frequenting this place. Overall a disappointment on service and food for the money they charge!!

Nice get away with closed ones. Spacious luxury rooms with all the ammenities. Shout out to the front office team for a room upgrade. The in-room dining was amazing... do try the fish & chips and grilled chicken is not too be missed. Had issues with mosquitoes in day 1 but the housekeeping team provided 3 all outs to address and 2nd night was smooth.

A bit lesser than a 5 star. Menu, presentation, hospitality, customer centricity all needs to scale up.
Food options are lesser and serving of preprocessed food is predominant..
Cleaning has to improve and finishing touch is highly missing to call it an international guests option.

It was our first outing since Covid and it was such a great one! Rooms and restaurants were nicely sanitized and cleaned. We stayed in a golf view room and the balcony space was simple serene and so comfortable to soak some sun. A separate bath tub and shower area was also good and convenient. The most memorable aspect was the service, all the staff professionals were incredible, they even accepted our special request of mango ice cream and had it ready for our dinner next day. Special mention to Sandeep Raghav for exceptional service at breakfast; Siddharth and Sourav from house keeping for attending timely and promptly to all our requests. We would definitely be coming back soon for another peaceful staycation!
