Easy to Find - Good Food - Friendly Staff - Very Clean - Comfortable bed - Quiet hotel - Within walking distance to the outlet centre and Gretna Green - Would recommend - We were upgraded to the bridal suite on arrival with champagne which was excellent and a surprise we were delighted - Would visit again.

Booked a 2 night stay over Easter with 8 members of the family. Very impressed with service and standard of hotel. Most friendly staff I've encountered in a hotel for a long time. Every request we made was delivered with a smile and 'no problem'. Rooms are clean, appear recently decorated and felt fresh. Food was excellent, all served hot...

Our short stay made by staff who go the extra mile. An anniversary over night stay was made all the more special by the hotel's staff whose extra efforts and willingness to go the extra mile. Food was excellent and one or two small negatives to do with room have been pointed out.
