Hotel is probably 30 plus years old. Sheets are I agree itchy. Mattresses are really old. Bad bad experience. Rat poo on the table. Unfortunately no other hotels are available in the same town. Needs much much updating.

This is one of the worst hotels ever!!! The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Linens, towels are itchy in the skin. The worst part is the aircon doesnt work, the air it produces is hot. And thier restaurant is plenty of mosquitos. And i think their chairs has bugs on it. Even the signal is poor. I woudnt recommend this...

The hotel is in need of much repair. Our bathtub had a chunk out the bottom. No pillows in the room. No working elevator to second floor. Service in restaurant was very slow. Name does not match the location.

It is longer than 3.5 years since my previous review of Mountain Air Hotel when I complimented, during 2012, that their price for a San Miguel Pilsen was just a mere PHP30 ... Amazingly, upon my return during 2016, the price is still just a mere PHP30 ... The waiter and I shared a joke regarding it. The place is...

I can only review the restaurant as this was a lunch visit only. Upon arrival I was not impressed as the hotel seemed old and "fusty". The restaurant is situated in the spacious reception area which is not ideal. The service was quite slow, I had the impression that maybe the chef worked alone. When the food arrived it was...

Not the most luxurious hotel, but you are very limited in this area. I stay here every time I go to Gingoog. Not the cleanest but it gives you a place to sleep at a good price. It only has Wi-Fi in the restaurant which is a pain. The staff at the front desk aren't too attentive so don't expect...

Friendly staff. Carpet smells drab and dark room Aircon is old and makes noise Accessible. Very near the bus station. One can get a motorized tricycle from outside of the hotel. Pharmacy is nearby. Hospital is close by also. Not so sure of the security

The title of my review pretty much summarizes this hotel. They are the only notable hotel in Gingoog City. As such, they cut corners to no end because...well...there's no competition, right? Where else would anyone stay aside from a friend or family member's home? Let me elaborate here. They advertise their hotel as "clean". This is an absolute joke. To...

It is simple, basic but it's safe and the staff are very accommodating. The rooms are all good for a traveller's base. We prefer the one's that loo out to the mountains over the bus terminal. The place is very clean. The restaurant is good for this type of frontier town. Though service is very slow, so be prepared to...
