Myself and my husband stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. A great B and B which he found via the Alistair Sawday guide. Our room was clean, cosy and spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed. Tea and coffee, (filter with a cafetière), and homemade biscuits were provided in the room. The bathroom was lovely and sparkling. The...

My wife and I were visiting friends in the area and we usually stay at a local countrywide hotel chain but on this occasion we couldn't get in so our friends found this little gem. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely big bathroom. The breakfast was great,my full English was just that and my wife's fresh fruit...

I saw on one of the reviews that this B&B is a hidden gem and I completely agree!!! I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area and I would strongly recommend. I stayed here for two nights so we could attend a wedding, we were a party of 4 and all of us feel the same way.

For those who want peace and tranquility , surrounded by a beautiful garden, and welcoming, friendly hosts, this is the place. With an immaculately clean, spacious, airy bedroom and wonderfully, comfortable common area we were treated to the most appetising and delicious breakfasts of homemade, muesli, jams, mamalades, yogurts , freshly squeezed orange juice, followed by a huge variety of cooked...

I stayed here for 2 nights for my wedding. The first night with my bridesmaids and the second just with my new husband. From the moment we checked in, Lin and Peter were so welcoming, they came in to have a chat and gave us tea and home made cakes. They were easy going when it came to the morning...

Lin and Peter were extremely welcoming and such lovely people. The breakfast was spot on and there was such a variety to choose from. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want...

An excellent B&B which we cannot recommend highly enough. Starting with the homemade carrot cake on arrival (delicious), spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated room, plenty of storage space with super ensuite (bath and shower) and quality bed linen, towels and toiletries, we knew we had made the right choice. The homemade biscuits with the tea-making facilities in the room...

Wasn't easy to find due to overgrown plants over their plaque near the ground and footpath sign is a bit small and askew to notice properly. But what a lovely road/lane. Ticks all the boxes especially breakfast which was healthy and delicious. And being flexible with times makes things more relaxed. Bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean apart from...
