1. We booked Two-Bedroom Suite with no ABF Suite but overbooked, then staff downgrade to 2 normal deluxe rooms with ABF. I am not satisfying as we booked no ABF but staff cram to ABF then we ask for Dinner with cocktail which he accepted. After that the manager inform though front staff that our group has Wine including instead of cocktail then we chose Red Wine and list the food menu at 15:30. 2. When Dinner time arriving at 19:00, the FB staff inform that no Red Wine only White Wine, I am not satisfying AGAIN as we list the food paring with Red 4 hours earlier. I asked for other option she said has sparking rose but not chilled yet, "who in this world drink unchilled sparking rose?" Finally we drink White but left half of bottle as we don't like White. 3. The bathroom amenity has no Shower Gel only 4 Shampoos in the tray. So I naked to call the staff to bring it. After all, the hotel facility was great but the staffs have to "well-trained" before delivery the service to the guest or even the service recovery still unprofessional.…

However, I could not agree more that what you have faced regarding on incorrect requested wine and no shower gel in the room could lead to disappointment. - Nice location, in close vicinity to convenient store and many restaurants. - Friendly and helpful staff with big smile on their face. - Newly renovated and decorated facilities. Great size swimming pool, very suitable for exercise. - Big room and big restroom, very comfy to stay for both short term and long term stay. - Plenty of parking space, more parking space than other comparable hotel in the area.

Such a good time with my family. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It's a small hotel which I like it! Very convenient to go to shopping mall like Terminal 21 and central Festival. The front office staff and housekeepers were helpful and polite.

I stayed there on relaxing weekend with my husband. The hotel is not big but has everything you need; breakfast, gym, pool, restaurant. I stayed in One-Bedroom suite and the room was spacious with separate living room and it was very reasonable price. The swimming pool was very beautiful and peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed a lot and will stay there longer next time. Highly recommend!

Boutique design kind of hotel with super friendly price. Great interior and exterior design with a touch of minimalism! LOVE the peaceful botanical garden throughout the hotel, especially by the pool area, reminded me of the Japanese garden in peak spring. The room is well decorated, new and clean. Great location - right in the city center, also near the beach, many nice restaurants, cafe and tourist attractions. Unbelievably value for money. Beat the other hotels with same price range. Definitely will come back!!!

I was here for a night with my friends and family with my 1 year old baby. We booked the penthouse 2 bedrooms suite which was spacious. There were 2 separate bathrooms with bathtubs, kitchen, fridge and shared living area which was perfect if you have small children. The highlight was the pool. We love the atmosphere! Definitely going back and stay longer next time!

The hotel has such a good vibe. The lobby is well decorated. I also like the room. The complimentary herbal drinks was such a nice touch, i love the bottle. Definitely a bliss given the price! Nice location. The hotel’s restaurant also offers really good crispy pork dish. Recommend!

2 days trip at Pattaya. The room is nice and clean with a large space and a large balcony. The swimming pool and the lobby are beautiful. There is also a nice restaurant "Fat Belly" next to the hotel.
