It was a very good experience with us, my children really had fun and my friends. The delphi spa was my best experience especially meeting Clodagh Boland is their best staff, so kind and very attentive with the needs of their guest. And all the activities are great definitely will come back again after this pandemic is finished.

I had a lovely stay in this amazing place but the absolute highlight of my stay was the absolutely fabulous customer service experience I had whilst at the spa. Staff members, Clodagh and Naomi simply could not have done enough for me when I attended the stay. Although I had never met them before they are obviously such lovely people who are a huge asset to the establishment as not only are they super friendly and go out of their way for you but they are also very competent in their roles. I sincerely hope that they get the acknowledegement that they so richly deserve for being super employees who are a real credit to Delphi.

Stayed for two nights on the week we were supposed to be married. The spa is basically a tiny plunge pool, with bits hanging off, broken, cold water, dirty and grumpy with mildew etc. Room was nice, food was awful. Pork belly served cold after being clearly microwaved so all leathery, and then when sent back, they microwaved the main to within an inch of its life, slapped down the plates and was inedible. We had a pack of taytos back in the room. The whole place is dated, dirty, in need of a deep clean, and lots of repairs, it just all feels tired. Really disappointed.

Response from Nouman Zeb, General Manager at Delphi Resort
Responded 7 Oct 2020
Dear Patrick, I am disappointed to read your feedback. I would like to clarify that we do not have a pool in our spa. Our spa thermal suit includes a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and two relaxation areas with stunning mountain views. We also have 8 treatment rooms. The water in jacuzzi is filtered 24 hours through a dedicated filtration unit and the water is regularly changed and jacuzzi deep cleaned. The temperature of Jacuzzi is regulated by an automatic temperature control unit. I am sorry to learn about your dining experience. I would like to confirm that all our dishes are homemade and freshly cooked to order using the finest local produce. As you can see from other reviews, we consistently receive excellent feedback from our guests regarding the quality of our food. All areas of the resort are cleaned and sanitised daily by our housekeeping team. Our maintenance team is also on site daily to ensure the resort is well maintained. I will appreciate if you can email me directly on generalmanager@delphiresort.com regarding the areas you are referring to as being dirty and in need of repairs. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host you again. Kind regards Nouman Zeb General Manager

5 stars does not seem enough to rate how wonderful our weekend break was. Rayhun i hope i am spelling his name right from reception was wonderful to deal with, excellent people skills. He gave us the most beautiful room/suite with fabulous views of the mountains. Breath taking! Everything spotless and fresh, just beautiful. Clodagh the spa manager is one of the nicest women I have ever come across, she treated us to a seaweed bath with prosecco knowing my recent ill health, she is also so friendly and funny and so down to earth. She is our main highlight. George a trained physio gave the most wonderful leg and foot massage. The facilities were amazing and their friendliness and treatment made the whole experience all the more special. Food wise; we had lunch, dinner and breakfast all tasty and delicious and presented beautifully. A fabulous mom free break, very grateful for the treatment recent! Thank you Delphi, defo be back!!

We were on a mini Staycation package, and topped this up with a 3hr kayaking session and an extra massage and thermal session, so over all, a full recharge of our batteries. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast and food tasty, and all Covid 19 precedures well enforced. Chis was a terrific kayaking instructor, and give us loads of interesting info about our paddle around the beautiful Killary harbour. The spa facilities were smaller and less serene than I was expecting but staffed by a great team. Thank you all.
