Ridiculous staff Waited for 02 Hours for getting the particular room and lastly didnt got the room which they committed of Garden View and when discussed they argued in a very disgusting way Make sure to keep in written form when they discuss with you for the room type

We were at Ramee Royal Resorts & Spa Udaipur from 02-5-2023 to 03-05-2023. We have booked cottage with plunge pool and it was a very wonderful room with all amenities you need, even iron and iron bed was also there. The pool is very clean and they reshuffled the water daily. Breakfast and dinner are totally vegetarian and very good. Far from the hustle bustle of the city yet you can go with in 15-20 minutes to the city. One can also enjoy the disco theque in the night. Location is very good too,thanks to soyta and Ashish for good hospitality
