Yvonne - thank you for everything! Yvonne runs that cute, clean and lovely B&B. You really feel warmly welcome and you won't miss anything. Breakfast is really very good. And when you return from a day trip you are always welcome to have a cup of tea. Enniskerry is very close, nice village. Yvonne - we will definitely come back... More

I do agree with other reviews I have read about this B&B, it's a great location, great view, lovely old farm house, clean and charming hostess. I like B&B and do like visiting with other guest, while at breakfast, this is part of the experience. I wish I had known about the lack of control regarding the temp,, in the... More

Coolakay house has been one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed in! The location of this wonderful, homely B&B was ideally situated in the middle of the beautiful Wicklow mountains with quite simply breath taking views from our very own bedroom windows and breakfast room. In addition, Yvonne had invited us to walk to the viewpoint on which... More

After a quick phone call, we turned up in the middle of the night and the owner Yvonne was simply fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, it was like visiting a friend. We returned for one night a week later and it was just the same. The B&B si super clean, rooms are "cute" and well appointed, the location is excellent. If we... More

Working in Vacation Rentals is my profession, and on our family trip to Ireland this B&B was our first stop! I must say it really set the bar high as the place was impeccably clean. The hostess Yvonne was as nice as they come! Huge Irish Breakfast in the morning! But the one thing that comes with that is priceless... More

Yvonne was an excellent host, and the view from the B&B is amazingly beautiful. Yvonne met us with tea and cookies, and we discussed dinner options in town. She called a taxi for us because it was getting dark and I wasn't ready to try the narrow roads in the dark. The taxi driver ended up giving us good driving... More

First off Yvonne is one of the nicest, friendliest and warmest hosts I've ever encountered. She always had a smile on her face and was more than helpful on all occasions. No matter what we needed she had a solution.. The room was clean, warm and the beds are amazing for a good night sleep. If in ANY doubt where... More

What a beautiful place! My boyfriend Jim booked this B & B for our vacation and my 50th birthday. I fell in love with the fact that it was a working farm to boot. Yvonne is such a wonderful women, she told us of the restaurants in the area, she even drove us to one of them. After having dinner... More

We stayed at the Coolakay House B&B for two nights at the end of our week long trip around Ireland. Our room, in the main house, was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claire. She gave us some recommendations for places to eat for dinner (which was terrific), wine glasses to enjoy a bottle... More
