We stayed here on a busy Saturday night in August. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had had dinner along the way and so only wanted dessert and coffee when we arrived which was no problem to the staff and it was delivered to our room even though it was late in the evening and they were quite...

Went here on Sunday with my boyfriend. I ordered the chowder which was watered down but had lots of fish, was not creamy at all. My boyfriend had soup which he said was okay. We both had chicken curry which was nice and massive portions. Was sorry we bothered with starters

Hi, in Lahinch for a short "summer" break and as it was one of my kids birthday (16th) we gave her the right to chose where we would eat as a treat one evening. She chose The Shamrock on Lahinch's main street. The bar is spacious but the decor is well used and a little dated. Its obvious not much...

Stayed in Lahinch for 1 week in July 20126 with my family and ate in the shamrock on 3/4 nights, food was beautiful, reasonably priced and was very family friendly. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Free WIFI. I would definitely recommend the Shamrock

Dated but clean and comfortable room. There is parking available at the rear of the hotel, but I could not find any entrance to the Shamrock Inn from the car park, so ended up entering through their sister hotel The Atlantic Hotel. Friendly staff and the bar food was very good. Breakfast is served next door at The Atlantic Hotel,...

Stayed here for a short midweek break with my girlfriend. Was clean and warm, friendly staff and served a good breakfast. Although parking may be an issue in summer months, this is a reasonably priced and central location for enjoying lahinch and surrounding areas.

We stayed 3 prepaid nights at this hotel. The temperature dropped to the high 30s (F) overnight, and they had to bring us an electric space heater because the heat wasn't turned on. Saturday night we could easily hum along with the band even though we were 3 floors up -- not good for sleep. The wi-fi died after a...

I have not stayed at the hotel but I have eaten at the restaurant a few times. Food is cooked very well ( I especially enjoyed the steak ) and the serving times are quick. I would recommend the Shamrock for food but I can't say anything about the experience of staying there.
