We stayed here for two nights and Niamh cooked for us on one of them. Luxury bedrooms with fantastic views across fields and down to the waters' edge. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were keen and helpful. There is a separate lounge for guests which is wonderfully-appointed. The whole house was lovely and warm, which was great...

Some friends and I have rented one of their super cottages several times now. We continue to be impressed by the high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfasts in the owners' nearby guest house are also highly recommended!

The views from this B&B were so tranquil. We were offered some nice tea and chocolates during our stay in a side room, which was very relaxing. However, it should be noted any other food brought to the B&B has to be eaten outside. The nearest picnic table was by the chickens. We stayed in the main house on the...

Niamh was a lovely host and the old house is so comfy, cozy, and quiet (save the charming lowing of the cows). Ditto again to all reviews below. Bed was quite firm with a soft duvet. The room tiny as expected in an old house but well designed storage, big window, and en suite made it perfect. Breakfast was plentiful...

My husband and I stayed here for one night at the end of our week long trip to Ireland. I really can't say enough about just how much we both loved the farmhouse experience. Niamh and Joe were very welcoming and went out of there way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Since it was our last night,...

Two weeks of sight seeing on the lovely green island! We enjoyed the cosy cottage and the amazing landscape. You have a lot of space in the cottages and children will love the farm pets. Niamh and Joe the landlords are very kind. Breakfast in the farmhouse is very advisable! It was a very recreative holiday for us.

Can endorse all the positive comments below. Abhainn Ri is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the views of mountains and lakes are wonderful. It’s in a remote location but easy to get to and not far from Blessington and Hollywood where the H’wood Inn serves a lovely pint of Guiness. We stayed for a week in...

This 170 year old farm house is in a great location with stunning views out over Blessington lakes with paddocks of farm animals all around. Only 5 minutes in to the cute town of Hollywood, or another 10 minutes in to Blessington. The house has had great renovations making it very comfy, cosy and modern but without loosing it's character....
