Like so many before us, our initial introduction to our host Michael was bizarre to say the least. After a lecture on the importance of locking the front door after every use, we were then required to choose our breakfast before obtaining our room key. Stayed here for a night with friends. Weather that Night was awful,wet windy cold but the welcome was warm. Its a beautiful place very tastefully decorated. Little cold on arrival but did warm up. Friendly people and a lively breakfast.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our honeymoon tour of Ireland. The hosts made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The property was very well kept and the hosts had a great selection of items for breakfast. This is a place that we would happily go back to.

A quite b&b located 1 km far away from city centre and close to cliff walking and the beach. Gently and helpfull staff. Spacious and clean room and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast adequate, nothing special to say about It. Reccommended if you pass through ballybunion.

We came over to Ireland from England every year on holiday and stayed at the seashore. It is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. Clean towels clean bedding. The breakfasts were lovely full Irish plus continental and other choices are available and was asked what time we would like to go for breakfast each day....

Nice hosts perfect rooms in nice condition.. really fresh.. wonderfull breakfast.. had all we needed so cozy to sit in that room with windows all around you.. We really recommend it.. if thers a minus well its not in the middel of the Ballybumion

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Comfortable and elegant sitting areas, spacious rooms and wonderful showers. Delicious food in the morning served in an elegant solarium area. Minutes away from the famous Ballybunion Golf Course.
