It is not easy to find unless you have GPS. There is no food around this location but they gave good recommendation to drive to Bunratty Castle for meals. Good for one night stay. The room is beautiful and the surrounding is pleasant and quiet.

This was an amazing B&B! We had 3 adults and an infant touring Ireland by car, and Avarest had the perfect big family room with an en suite (it would have comfortably fit a family of 5, possibly 6 with a baby cot). Everything was clean and bright. They were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area and what would...

The hostess was nice and very helpful, the breakfast was great and the room was spacious for three of us. Sleep was hard to come by because of the highway traffic noise and the very hard bed and pillows, however, so I dont think we could have stayed more than one night..Others staying at the time seemed to really love...

My family and I stayed here at the last minute when we were vacationing in Ireland. We needed a family room and they had one available. It was the best family room we had during our entire vacation. A double bed, 3 singles, a private bath and an exceptionally spacious room. The view was beautiful and the family was very...

We stayed at Avarest B&B for 1 night while visiting Bunratty. This was a lovely B&B - very clean and well maintained. We were 4 people travelling together and stayed in the family room which had 4 single beds. It Was perfect. The owner was lovely and even drove us into town for our medieval banquet when a taxi wasn't...

We had a quick stay over on the way to the Shannon Airport. Great location and lovely family running the Avarest. Get good directions off the motorway to help find it easily, but otherwise quite nice!

The room was small, the bathroom tight and the Internet was weak in our room, but the host was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was very close to Bunratty Castle and the motorway so it was really convenient base to explore both locally and father afield.

Upon our arrival my wife and I were instantly welcomed by Deidre and her daughter. The room was great - our first four poster bed. Deirdre gave us advice and directions where to dine together with some great ideas on places to visit later on our journey. Really enjoyed the chats over breakfast. If we ever get back to Ireland...

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Avarest during the week. The host Deirdre and her family we're very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were all comfortable, well informed on the local area and well fed in the morning! Highly recommended B&B in the Bunratty area, really lovely house and a testament to...
