Allways a big smile and welcome at the Waters edge. Just book it, do not dilly dally, best B&B in Kilkee and breakfast is great. Spectacular views of the Bay and Georges head, try get a sea view room if available. Will be back next year again.

Fantastic location, and if you like antiques and stained glass this is the place for you! Lounge and breakfast room overlook the sea, very quiet location - just fabulous. A short walk into the centre, where there is a good selection of places to eat and drink in - our favourite was Murphy Blacks.

This B&B is right on the water with great views. Spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, and gracious hosts. A great first stop after arriving in Shannon. Bone china and a fabulous breakfast too! We dined in the bay window watching the birds over the bay.

As a first night from Shannon Airport, after about a one-hour drive, the seafront location was a balm for the soul. Everything at this B&B is top-notch: The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The home itself is quite lovely, large and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was beautifully presented in the sea view breakfast room. Portions and quality...

This very high standard B & B is situated in a fantastic position overlooking the sea. Most bedrooms have sea view and those at the back overlook a lovely garden. Rooms are huge and extremely well appointed. An excellent breakfast is served in the dining room again overlooking the marvellous bay at Kilkee. This B & B is situated close...

Stayed one night was amazed with the attention to detail and style that the owners have created. Chippy was a great host. Internet signal not great in our room, PowerLink HomePlugs could possibly fix this. Highly Recommended

We stopped here for 1 night during a road trip. It was the perfect spot! A beautiful house, exceptionally clean, very friendly owner, great breakfast included & stunning views. The owner also recommended a great restaurant for the evening, it was the perfect night. Wish we were able to stay longer. Highly recommend!

I chose this B and B quickly - I read the reviews, had a fast look at the photos and booked without as much research as I usually do. How lucky were we! The location has no competition it IS on the edge of the water - it is around the bend and overlooks the mouth of the bay. The...
