It’s such a cute hostel. I wasn’t expecting much as the first hostel I’ve stayed in was quite low quality, but this exceeded my expectations. Cute and neat beds, as well as bunk beds, our room had a connected bathroom. The woman who greeted us...More
I shared a dorm with 3 friends, it was warm, clean beds and plenty of room with an en suite with an excellent hot shower, plenty of towels that were replaced when needed, a very warm Donegal welcome from Ellie and Adrainne, a great big...More
The two women who managed the hostel were lovely! Ellie, in particular, had plenty of advice for places to go and things to see. The only problem was they weren't always available, running in and out of the hostel to attend to other matters. This...More

I had an excellent experience at this hostel. Warm, friendly & down to earth staff. Lovely atmosphere. Right next to Letterkenny town centre, but with a quiet countryside feel.
I would definitely go here again.

It is a quite place since it is away from pubs. Better you can check the location in google maps and you'll see it.
In our case, we bought food in the closer supermarket and brought it to the hostel. Then we preparer our own meals there.
I don't know if there are shared rooms as I had a private one but I guess you can fully use the room during the day taking care about the other guests of course.
Hope it helps and you'll enjoy your time there. I liked so much the place.
It is a peaceful place.
