Stayed here for one night in August in order to do some hiking in the Burren which means it's location is perfect. Initially there was no one on reception and had to get a member from the bar to come out and help us. There was also a lady ahead of us who had also been waiting a good while....

Stayed here for two nights Mid August. Lovely old time hotel. Bedroom lovely. Breacfast was good. Did not have dinner there. Bar homely. No lift so a stairs to climb. Would stay there again. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night which was not funny. Have my own suspicions why???

First the nice things: we arrived one day earlier and they were nice and gave us a room anyway. The food was delicious and people really friendly. Unfortunately it's not enough if you spend 900€ for 3 nights. A room - it was room 21 - small, wet, dark and noisy. Everything was super old and multi-time fixed, there was...

Hylands hotel is a small family-run business in the centre of a quaint Irish sea-side town. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and ample. The Hotel caters for Guests and passing trade and seems to be a common stop-off for coach tours for Coffee and for Lunch. There is evening entertainment in the Bar...

We had a great stay here and loved the hotel. It’s very comfortable and really friendly (Family run!). We had a very comfortable room (Room 25 at top) with a great view of Burren. Food in the restaurant was really first class (Probably the best lamb I have ever eaten, great scallops with Pancetta, and a wonderful local goats cheese...

This was our second visit to this hotel. Having enjoyed our visit immensely the first time, this time it was a little disappointing. Having got our room we were happy on first impressions. We were not able to open the window which had a child lock. While I understand the reasons for installing same for safety reasons for children, we...

We spent two nights at this hotel. The rooms are basic but clean. Service and friendliness excellent. A great hotel for exploring the Burren National Park. Breakfast in the restaurant was more than just good.

We have chosen this property on the way to Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher. Surprise the quality level. Value for money is very good, breakfast a la carte included in the rate, parking area separate from the road, rooms very spacious and amazing big bathroom. Everything with a touch of old Ireland.

I found this hotel while driving toward the Cliffs of Moher. It looked nice so we stopped. We were not disappointed at all. The staff was very friendly, we actually held a conversation for 30 minutes discussing the US and areas to visit in Ireland. The room was very comfortable, food was excellent. Break was included in the price of...
