I like the fact that is a clean and quiet home. It's near the Main Street, Broadway, and the Romeo and Juliet room is fine. I would recommend this B&B to anyone who enjoys the bed and breakfast experience.

Always good to a have a warm welcome and cup of tea after a long drive. Grand Falls didn't on first look or feel welcoming but the Maple B&B made up for that. Our room was small yet very comfortable with a balcony to enjoy a cuppa or a cocktail. Everything is clean and fresh yet homely and cosy. Excellent...

Stopped one night at this lovely B&B, the owner was very welcoming and the house is beautiful. Our room was nice with plenty of room and good wifi and a tv. Our bathroom was lovely with a nice bath and shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and im sure Rachel would make anything if you asked. Rachel also...

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights in the "Iris Room". Rachel, the host, was very nice. The room was very clean and cozy. Our bathroom was not attached to the room, but it was well worth it seeing how it was huge! 2-person tub, shower stall, and of course a lock on the door for extra privacy.

I stayed in the Romeo & Juliet room for one night. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The room came with A/C and ceiling fan. There was a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. The morning breakfast was excellent with home made scones, biscuits, blueberry muffins and jams. We had choice of eggs, home...

We booked two rooms for 4 people. The room on the second floor with two double beds and the loft upstairs. Both rooms were very clean and had an airconditioner. The loft had nice balcony. Breakfast was very good too. The best warm biscuits I ever had, fruits, coffee, cheese, fresh muffins, jam and we also were offered blueberry pancakes...

Wonderful innkeeper! Rachel is so welcoming and helpful. As soon as we arrived, she arranged for a river cruise for us - the last one of the day! We had the Romeo and Juliet room which was small but cozy - but the private balcony extended the room. Perfect for having cocktails! Exceptionally clean, full of amenities (robes, AC, loads...

Very friendly, accommodating and informative about the town, yet not hovering. Very clean. Offered tea and coffee. Felt welcoming and easy going. My room (Romeo and Juliet) had a sunny balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was excellent consisting of juice, fresh fruit cup, yogurt, freshly made muffins and biscuits, cheese, never ending brewed coffee and tea, French...

We found this B&B on Booking.com and as usual were very pleased with what we got. The hostess was very pleasant, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good. It was raining and the parking was convenient right at the front door which had an awning to walk out under. We ate a nice meal at Le...

Rachel has 4 accommodations, each one elegantly appointed. She is friendly and easy going and made a great breakfast. We stayed in the Romeo and Juliette room which had a great tub and shower separate from the wc. All in all this was a fine place to stay.
