Booked a short weekend break away, Most friendly and helpful reception ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left...

Stayed in the royal for one night. I purchased a groupon so the stay included a meal in the restaurant and breakfast. The Check in was quick and the girls on reception were helpful and friendly. The Room was nice, modern and clean. I sense it had just been refurbished. However the corridors to the room were dark, old and...

My Mum & Dad checked in yesterday for 2 nights and were greeted by the lovely Caoimhe at reception When they got to their room they were beautifully surprised with chocolate and strawberries on the table welcoming them to the hotel. Thank you so much for looking after them so well. 😀👍

I stamed here with a friend only because everywhere else in Bray was fully booked. I knew it had a bad reputation but beggars can't be choosers. The interior of the room was like my Nanas, there is none WiFi, the floor was totally uneven and creaking, the carpet was manky and the tap in the bathroom was on (not...

I chose a family room. I don't live far from bray and that is why I chose this hotel originally, simply to stay close to home (Dublin City Centre). I was very pleasantly surprised, it was absolutely lovely! Its decor on arriving is dated but so lovely, We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree and a open fire. Bar...

I arrived on Thursday eve last having been given some poor reviews by two friends who have stayed previously. The good news was that the hotel is in the process of a renovation, the bar, restaurant and rooms.
