This is the 3rd or fourth time I have stayed at Kilcoran Lodge and I have always felt very welcome. This time it was on a Friday night for a meeting on the Saturday. I ate in the bar and the meal was very good. A nice touch was when I went to pay for my drinks the next morning...

Regular business traveler throughout UK and growing tired of soul less "plastic" hotels. Found this gem by chance and is right on M8 motorway, central located 45 mins between cork, Limerick and Wexford. Warm welcome for my dog and I (he goes on business with me everywhere), room is traditional Irish, large and clean. Made to feel at home, good wifi...

My sister recently had her wedding here, the day was a great success, staff here in kilcoran lodge are helpful and nothing we asked was too much. Liam Tommy and the crew were at hand until the small hours to make sure that the day went smoothly. The hotel in the whole has a very friendly and homely atmosphere, there's...

Travelled from Birmingham England with family to return our elderly parents home to the area to attend a family gathering. My dad who is 89 has chronic heart disease and diabetes was concerned about how he would get on being away from home, as we all were but what can I say the staff at This hotel are amazing. Starting...

Hi, just spent the night here, on business in the area. As you drive up, it looks Beautiful, idealic and quaint. Inside the hotel, it has massive potential, but I would describe the hotel as, in need of some tlc. It's tired looking. One thing that drives me mad personally, is the lack of or a weak wifi, which we...

Kilcoran lodge is a beautiful hotel inside and out. It has such a cosy warm atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door. We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding which the food was excellent. The staff in kilcoran lodge are second to none. Nothing was too much to ask from the reception to the waiters...

Love this place! We recently stayed for the second time this year and have already made plans to stay again. The kids loved the pool and all the staff, particularly Christine and Tommy made a big fuss of our 4 year old for his birthday! Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt at home, thank you very much...

Overall great experience. The place very nice however the bedroom was very small and the bed was very short. There was no late night food options. Except crisps and chocolate. The leisure centre was small and needs bit updating but did its job. The bar was great as nothing within walking distance. But what made it for us was the...

Highly recommend staying here. Great location just off the motorway and in a beautiful setting and easy to get to. The staff were so lovely from the moment we got there and it really added to the fun and enjoyment of our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting Tommy who looked after us so well and offered genuine wit...
