A group of 8 'friends for life' were welcomed warmly and that attention was there for our entire stay. Lovely rooms - ours had a little private patio - well appointed. Terrific value. They told us, when we were booking, that there was a function on while we were there so there were no surprises. And our rooms were away...

I was recently at a wedding here and it is very quaint with many different little areas to sit for a quiet chat. The food was unbelievable and staff were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to stay as there were not enough rooms.

Ireland, in early February, can be a cold, dreary place. But the genuine, warm welcome we received upon arriving at Raheen House made us feel at home straight away, and the cheerful service of the excellent staff never failed our whole stay. Our room was large, with lovely antique furniture and a very big bathroom. The grounds were nice, although...

Stayed last weekend with friends. Very reasonably priced. Beautiful kept old house Charming. The bar is beautiful. Location couldn't be better staff are lovely (thanks guys) nothing is a problem to them. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Had a dinner for 16 people everyone was delighted. There are swankier hotels in the town for a lot more money. None are...

The best thing to do is copy the letter sent to Elizabeth and her wonderful team, Mary, Jennifer, Mark, Trisha, the Chefs, Accommodation & Maintenance team forgive me not mentioning all the names! We added a few comments for Trip Advisor readers. Set the scene, it was in the midst of storms, flooding and 130+ km high winds etc! Well...

Raheen House is a higgen gem! The bedrooms have recently been renovated and there are improvements being made wholesale. It's in Clonmel town but it's not really. It's set within a sublime stone walled garden which means one feels like one is in the country yet it is only a stone's throw to the heart of Clonmel. The hotel itself...

The welcome here is truly delightful. The rooms are large and period in feature. We slept in a massive four poster bed and enjoyed very good breakfasts. The lounge is full of comfortable chairs and the snug bar is a delight. If you get the chance to view the amazing garden, you will see the most amazing Acers. Finally, being...

Raheen House Hotel was a great find. It is located a short stroll from the centre of Clonmel and the staff are attentive and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and set in large grounds where there is plenty of parking. We booked one double and a twin room - both were spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The bed in...
