We had our wedding at Raheen House Hotel on 30th June 2016. It is amazingly relaxed beautiful hotel. We were treated so well as were all my guest who travel from Australia, America, Zimbabwe and China and stayed all week. We couldn't have asked for more for their stay at Raheen.

We made online reservations at the Raheen House hotel because it was the nearest hotel we could find near Cahir. We arrived to no check-in staff. The reception was unstaffed. After waiting a few minutes, we noticed a little sign that told us if the reception was not staffed we should use a telephone and call 20. We called twice...

I LOVE this hotel. Can I move in permanently? I have stayed in 4 different rooms so far, one prettier than the next. The staff are wonderful, the gardens gorgeous, the bar adorable, the food delicious... No complaints - 5 stars. Can't wait to be back.

I picked this hotel with the help of trip advisor reviews. A wonderful house, with a homely feel, when we arrived we had to phone from the front desk to check in, which was no bother, help arrived quickly. We had a drink in the deserted bar, waiting for local family to arrive. For the bar to be flooded with...

We stayed here for three nights to visit family and attend my niece's confirmation. The room was very rustic with a comfortable bed and nice flat screen TV. The bathroom was large with a strange half glass wall instead of a curtain, so water got all over the floor. One day I found a false eyelash on the bathroom floor,...

A group of 8 'friends for life' were welcomed warmly and that attention was there for our entire stay. Lovely rooms - ours had a little private patio - well appointed. Terrific value. They told us, when we were booking, that there was a function on while we were there so there were no surprises. And our rooms were away...

I was recently at a wedding here and it is very quaint with many different little areas to sit for a quiet chat. The food was unbelievable and staff were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to stay as there were not enough rooms.

Ireland, in early February, can be a cold, dreary place. But the genuine, warm welcome we received upon arriving at Raheen House made us feel at home straight away, and the cheerful service of the excellent staff never failed our whole stay. Our room was large, with lovely antique furniture and a very big bathroom. The grounds were nice, although...
