Whilst travelling around Kerry we found many places were shut down in November but the team at O'Dwyers were friendly and welcoming. The bar is beautiful and the local clientele friendly. The breakfast was fine but the tables didn't appear to have been cleaned from the day before. The rooms were a little chilly and took ages to warm up...

Fusty smell in room, no one around at stated breakfast time of 8.30am. All was locked up!!! No wonder they take your money on arrival. Got in the car and continued our journey. Only redeeming factor about this place was they served a reasonable Guiness!!

Myself, my partner and our baby stayed here just before New Years eve. I was telling someone about my experience the other day and I realised that seeing as I was so upset I should leave a review. We rang ahead and spoke to someone to let them know that we would arrive at 9pm. Upon arriving at 9pm we...

A typical Irish pub: small and cosy with friendly staff and good, honest food. The food is of a very good quality and a great price. Owned by Kerry football legend, Mick O'Dwyer, it is a must for GAA fans but I usually take smaller tours here. The seating is limited and it's just a pub, but it is a...

Stayed for a week. Premises need a full refurb. Room had faults, some serious. Breakfast was good but not served until 9am at earliest. Whilst there was an offer to put some things out on a tray, for anyone who cycles, fishes or golfs, you want to be up and out much earlier. Bar was empty at night which contrasts...

We stayed here for one night in August. It was good value for money, 35 euros a night, breakfast was pretty good. The Irish hospitality was not as good as elsewhere in Western Ireland. Not sure they're used to foreigners. Pub ok, pub grub awful. Rooms a little dowdy but clean and comfortable. We would have driven straight through if...
