We enjoyed this lovely b&b. We had a room in the upper floor so carrying bags was quite hard. The host offered to help of course. Room was beautiful and we had a view to the sea so very lovely indeed. Wilmie was kind and helpful and made lovely breakfast. If you stay in Baltimore, remember to visit the Beacon,...

Wilmie works hard to make sure you feel at home; she was so friendly and hospitable. The B&B was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was excellent. Our bed was soft and comfortable, but the bathroom is aging a tad (my husband ran out of hot water). Still, the oceanview entirely made up for it all. Wilmie was so laid-back, it...

We highly recommend a stay at the Slipway B&B! The hostess and house were wonderful ! and entire experience was a balm to all the senses. There was such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the Slipway thanks to Wilmie's kind personality and her excellent taste in decor. Each morning we looked forward a wide selection of continental and gourmet...

We had a wonderful weekend in The Slipway. Our hosts, Wilmie and Dave were charming and most helpful with ideas of what to see and do in the area. The bedroom, tho small, was delightful and the views over the sea stunning. Our breakfast was the best we have had in Ireland.....freshly squeezed orange juice, organic eggs, fish, in fact...

It cannot be denied that this b&b is in a beautiful setting and an ideal location for those wanting quiet accommodation and great views over the cove - the town is also just a 5 min walk away. I feel compelled, however, to state that the owner's attitude tainted an otherwise enjoyable stay. As soon as we had arrived after...

This B&B is in an unbeatable seafront location, and is very convenient for the attractive village of Baltimore. Our room had a stunning view over the marina, with French windows opening onto the garden. Similarly the breakfast room which is at first floor level, built into the roofspace, with large windows and a balcony overlooking the water . Beautiful gardens,...

The hostess was very helpful. We asked about eating out and she recommended the Sibin Bar in Rath (not well signposted, but between Skib and Baltimore, just off the main road). It's well worth a visit! Breakfast was very nice and was taken in an upper room which has a terrific view over the bay. Parking was a bit tight but...

We booked on line, site unseen and we were not disapointed. Hostess was very informative. We didn't know when we booked but it was the weekend of the 20th Fiddle Fair. If you love Irish music as we do, this was fantastic. We can't wait till next year and we will be bring friends. Can walk to town, didn't need...
