Visit Knockeven and one of your memories will be Pam. She's a wonderful host with stacks of advice to help you make the most of your time in Cobh and surrounding areas. Knockeven is a large house beautifully furnished. The rooms are up a stately set of stairs. The bed we had was very comfortable and the room was a...

Had an over night stay with Pam at Knockeven House, Cobh, (pronounced Cove) Ireland. Knockeven House is a lovely big home and Pam is the best hostess any body could want to welcome them. On arrival, Pam made us a cup of tea with home made scones with jam and cream, ten out of ten in my book. We stayed...

Beautiful house, great breakfast, exceptional bed and nice owner! What more can you ask for in a BB? Pam was very gracious and full of knowledge about the area. She had wonderful suggestions and made us regret that we were only staying one night. She made us tea and scones when we arrived. The room was very large, clean and...

Pam was a delight. Pam was everything we hoped for and whom no one else could measure up. We could not have asked for a nicer host!! From the ride into town, the tour of Cobh, and the instructions for taking a cab back, we were able to BOTH enjoy an evening in the pubs. The next morning, she helps...

Beautiful house about a 10 minute downhill walk to Cobh towncenter. (get a cab for the way back. Pam was a delightful house and was very welcoming and answered any questions we had for recommendations. She also had the most amazing homemade scones I have ever tasted. I would stay at the Knockeven house just for those!

Very spacious accommodation finished in a rather dated style. The host is very welcoming and offers to assist where possible. The breakfast is OK. The house is located near the centre of Cobh but a bit too far to walk.

When I arrived at Knockeven, Pam treated us like family and rolled out the red carpet. She was very helpful at prioritizing places to see on our short visit. She even booked our accommodations when we returned to Dublin. I had the best Irish breakfast ever, topped off with homemade breads and scones, artisan cheeses and smoked salmon. She even...

Arrived at this beautiful home to be greeted by our host and owner Pam. A delightful warm welcome with a lovely pot of tea and home made fruit scones. The house is stunning, but walls a little thin. Our room was large and comfortable with a huge bathroom. House it beautifully decorated and situated about 2km outside of cobh. It...
