We were a group of nearly 50 people and we took over the Russagh Mill for four nights. Paul and his staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and we felt truly at home. The bedrooms are all well appointed and whether you are a couple on a romantic holiday or a group of noisy kids, this is...

Staff were super friendly; we turned up on an unseasonably stormy day to camp and they offered for us to move inside at any point if it got too bad. Pool tables went down a storm with the kids, and we loved the big table to play board games on. Kitchen was also well equipped.

I stayed for 2 nights in a 10-bed dormitory, on my own the first night and with one other occupant on the 2nd. Cost was €17.50 per night, so it gets top marks for value. The showers were very good - plenty of hot water, quickly. I did not use the kitchen. Cleanliness was average, its not easy to keep...

A short distance away from Skibbereen town centre. Conveniently located along the road and has ample parking spaces around the back. Has a large communal kitchen with dining facilities. In case of late arrival, there's a pizza place you can call for late night snacks, just ask the friendly hosts for the number. The room was big and comfortable enough....

I stayed for one night in a family room, the room was adequate and clean, although there was a spider in the room which I had to call for help from another family member to remove. The hostel was not busy at this time of year and we were shown around on arrival. This hostel would be great for a...

I booked this hostel just searching "casual" cheap places on booking.com map for we wanted to spend the bank holiday outside booking "just" 2 weeks before and spending no more than 50 euro per night (totally). Most of the cheap property were gone but this and, reading its reviews, we decided to book a single room. I called and spoke...

I came to the hostel with my boyfriend and his family, we stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The building is beautiful and they'd loads to offer - kayaking, archery (pay extra), loads of board games, ping pong and pool. There was a very nice atmosphere and all other guests staying were very friendly. The one thing that...
