This B&B is in the perfect spot in Killorglin - at the start of the Killarney road but overlooking the Laune and its beautiful 8 arch bridge. 2 minute stroll up the main street to a choice of pubs and restaurants. The Evans family couldn't be more welcoming. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are a good size. Most with a double... More

We wanted to stay in a village somewhere on the Ring of Kerry, and Killorglin was the perfect stop, just about 50 metres of the route. We booked Laune Bridge house last minute and what a gem it was, clean, tidy and Patricia, the host, was very welcoming. Patricia was great, very helpful, and friendly and a mind of local... More

I wanted somewhere to stay near The Maggilacuddy's Reeks, that wasn't Killarney and I came across The Laune Bridge B&B on the web. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a whole lot for €45 per night, but as usual, I was wrong. The B&B is situated perfectly. A 3 0r 4 minute walk from the centre of Killorglin with a... More

I called ahead to book a room and was quoted a price for a bed (no breakfast) for the night. When I got there I was told that the price quoted me was wrong and that the actual price was an additional 10E, which I had to pay. Then when I was showed the room it was very cold so... More

My partner and I rented a car and circumnavigated Ireland. We spent 3 weeks just driving around and staying at a different hotel each night. Both myself and my partner agreed that this was the best place we stayed at out of the entire trip. The land lady Tina (Teena?) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She went out... More

Cant rate this B&B highly enough. Received a fantastic welcome from the owners Tina & Glen. From the moment we arrived we were made feel at home. The B&B is a perfect location to explore Kerry. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The chocolates on the side locker was a real nice touch. The hot breakfast was... More

Loved this B&B. Tina is a lovely hostess, and served a fab breakfast quickly prepared. Loved the town. Will stay here the next time I'm in SW Ireland. Such a much nicer place to start your ring of kerry tour than killarney.

After a long tiring day climbing Carantoohill, we arrived at Laune House three hours later than what we told the owner. We received the warmest welcome from the owner with the biggest smile. After a very prompt check in we were shown our rooms, which were immaculate, spacious and full of personal touches. Breakfast was generous and freshly cooked. I... More

We turned up unannounced and quite late in the day but were welcomed so lovely by Tina the owner. Straight away, she made us feel as though we had known her for years. Such a gorgeous place to stay with a view overlooking the River Laune. The rooms were lovely. Beds comfortable and the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the... More

Really nice B&B, fantastic host, excellent service, nothing was too much bother. I arrived late on Tuesday evening, but Tina took her time showing me around, making sure the kettle was on for a coffee. I had a big double room with a bit ensuite bathroom at the back of the house, and it was so quiet. If you live... More
