We stayed at this lodge for one night during our trip in Ireland. It is five minutes away from Clifden city center, where you can find supermarkets, shops and many pubs. The room was clean and comfortable (even if we could hear our neighbour snore through the wall). The breakfast is very good: you can choose from a menu and... More

We stayed here on July 31st. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman. We got a really big room and a very clean bathroom. Good hot water in the shower. The place is located in clifden but up the hill a little ways. You could walk to Clifden from it, but it would take like 10 minutes. We parked in... More

I stayed here just before moving to Clifden with work. My stay here was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful. I would definately recommend the Race Course Lodge as its very close to town and you are well looked after.

On our recent trip to Clifden, my husband and I stayed for two nights at the Racecouse Lodge. Our room as well as the en-suite was spacious, nice and modern. Just outside of town, it was a super easy walk in the evenings to get dinner without having to worry about driving or parking. Breakfast was served in a bright... More

The B&B is located quite close to the very center of Clifden, around 10 min walk. The room we got was specious, nice and very clean. We got a cot for our child :) Breakfast was fantastic and we could choose something more than full irish :) Very positive and definitely worth to recommend.
