Got a very nice friendly welcome. Room was fab, really bright and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was gorgeous. And best of all we slept in till after mid day and we had no one banging on our door which normally happens - I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay here. Bernadette brought a smile to all of our faces after a long day of driving. It's an easy walk into town, with plenty of shops and pubs. Breakfast was delicious no complaints here! Bernadette is the best reason to stay here

First off, I felt a bit deceived by some of town of Adare's promotion in general and by this BnB. There is a VERY busy highway that come right through the town. If your expecting a lovely town to stroll around in, then you will probably be disappointed. The town seems like an annoyance to the massive amount of cars...

From the minute we arrived Bernadette, our host was so welcoming and helpful, we had so many questions and she had all the answers :) Our room was very welcoming, comfortable and above all else spotless and after a long drive it was a blessing. After a very blissful nights sleep breakfast was all we could have asked for, a...

This is a 3.5 star rating. I wish TA had a GOOD rating. Bernadette is a very cheerful and enthusiastic hostess. Helped with directions and "to do" suggestions. Our room was located on the 2nd floor at the back of the house, with a lovely view of her spacious garden. I know this is strange, but our sheets were a...

We were warmly greeted by Bernadette, the owner, and shown to a light filled room overlooking an impressive garden. There was also a comfortable guest lounge and a very nice conservatory style breakfastvroom which also overlooked the garden. We experienced rental car problems while there and Bernadette went out of her way to help us.We couldn't have asked for a better...

Enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. She helped one of our group (five ladies on a grand tour of Ireland!!) locate a cemetery where some of her family were buried (found in the middle of a horse pasture). Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed visiting with other guests. The guest house...

We were referred to Carrabawn House by another B&B in Adare that had no vacancy. We rolled into town later in the evening and though we would be out of luck so we were so happy that Bernadette had a room for us. She is so personable, friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for our next destination & stops...

Bernadette greeted us at the door with a great big smile and I just cant stress enough how welcoming that made us feel! She helped carry our bags which was helpful since my husband just had knee surgery. She showed us to our room and stressed we just needed to relax a bit. Once we were settled she would tell...
