This B and B is within easy walking distance to the heart of Kinsale and is clean with modern amenities--just not much 'character or personality.' Our only issue was the room was a bit cold and we couldn't get the heat to come on and the toilet didn't flush a few times. We spoke to the owner/host who was nice...

Stayed here a few times down the years but on last visit it had really gone down hill ! The owner didn't seem to be around and we were hardly inside the door when the money was demanded ! No shampoo or conditioner just a bottle of common soap dat had been around a while ! No screen on downstairs...

Very quirky b&b with great art work through out. Well situated in Kinsale to walk to all the restaurants pubs and bars. Very comfortable room. The owner Tom O Hare was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble I would definately stay there again

Very comfortable B&B and breakfast which although appearing to be a hike to the town center is in fact not. The owner pointed out a short cut just along from the property. Reasonable tariff for a solo visitor.........this frequently not the case elsewhere. Good parking.

We stayed one night. Location was good and we didn't mind climbing the hill from downtown. We thought it a little odd that a full breakfast was 5 euro more but in the end our continental breakfast was very good and more than enough to keep us going. The room looked on to the back garden and was quite pleasant....

For us it was perfect because we are fit walkers and did not have to drive into the crowded town 1/2 mile away. We walked to town twice but beware it is a very steep climb back. We had a nice room with a private bath and a view of the town. A smallish room but nicely laid out with...

The lady running it now is very friendly and welcoming. We got a big room with the huge bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. We only intended to stay for 1 night, but had to return for another night as we forgot something in the room. The lady had kept it safe for us and had actually gone...

My wife and I booked a room at the Kinsale Bed and Breakfast. We intended to stay for 2 nights and we were quoted 70 euros per night including breakfast. The room was cold, and we had to take the doona from the other bed to keep warm, it was barely furnished, there was mould in the shower and on...

This place is everything that you need in B&B. Safe, clean and good food. Fiona and staff were more than helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was memorable. The location is handy and the off street parking is great. Just what two kiwis needed to make a good holiday. R & D

The tourist info office sent us down the street to another B and B that had not updated their info and were without rooms. We saw the Sea Breeze sign and stopped in. The owner Fiona was helpful and I loved her sense of humor. She is very knowledgeable about the community and surrounding sights. Her directions were great and...
