Can this get any better. 6.00pm gin and tonic on arrival. The handmade chocolates in the room. The attentive staff. Dinner to die for. The most comfortable beds in the whole wide word. A whole day of lounging on saturday. Swim in the sea water pool. Eventually get up to walk on the best beach in Ireland. Afternoon tea. Hot...

We had the pleasure of staying in Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa last year. I would highly recommend it. The service was fantastic, staff so friendly & helpful. We walked on the beautiful beaches, at your doorstep, on a daily basis, forgetting about wi-fi, phones etc, it was idyllic. The staff recommended Deasy's Harbour Bar & Seafood Restaurant, as an...

I recently stayed at Inchydoney Island with my partner and i really couldn't speak higher or the weekend. We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was enjoyable and relaxing from the get go. The staff were all helpful and friendly and they really go out of their way to facilitate guests. We ate in Dunes bar both nights and...

I visited here with my mom in February. From checking with the Reception Team to check out, I could not fault anything! There was a slight mix up with the room but this was swiftly rectified by Donna (I think that's her name! She was also on on Monday morning!) and Ian. We didn't dine in either the bar or...

Staff excellent, spa disappointing, room and bathroom need full refurbishment. Breakfast average. The rooms were disappointing, this is a modern hotel but showed the signs time. The bathrooms needed an entire update. Room was cool in the evening (even at max on thermostat). The

We went on our mini-moon here and had booked some spa treatments to help us relax. It was amazing...the pool and spa are fabulous and the welcome we got was great! We had lovely walks on the beach too. Just beautiful!!

Our stay didn't begin well as the hotel mistakenly overcharged us by €40. However, they did upgrade us (slightly) when we were going to cancel entire booking. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. Other nice touches included a weekly flyer with weather forecast and tides. The breakfast was very good with stunning views....

Spent a weekend here with the gf and while we had a fantastic time, we really felt conflicted about a few things and overall think it's probably a little overhyped. The location is less than a five minute drive from Clonakilty and about 45 minutes from Cork city. The hotel is situated literally on the beach and this is without...

The hotel itself is beautiful and it's obvious that the rooms are revamped regularly. I found our welcome a wee bit rushed but other than that I couldn't fault it. The views are amazing, however our room was to the side of the hotel so ours was limited. The breakfast room had an amazing view. Even on the rainy morning...

Our first quick visit to Inchydoney deserves a more wordy review than I would normally write! Our 2-night stay was a reward for regular granddaughter-minding and I think the 2 little girls would have enjoyed it as much as we did. The Atlantic treated us to a spectacular display during our visit but we braved the elements to meet friends...

Dear famwhite Thank you for your lovely comments - it sounds like you had a really well deserved stay with us. I have to agree with you - the Lounge is also one of my favourite places in the hotel. I will pass on your lovely comments to the rest of the team. With regard to the wardrobe space, I...
