My family of 10 booked a dinner in the Coast Restaurant last weekend to celebrate a 40th & 50th Birthday. It was a perfect setting looking out to great views of the sea & village of Malahide. The food was fab and the service was great, The staff were so helpful & friendly and nothing was an issue. There was...

Restaurant food was very poor, had to be sent back. Breakfast was mediocre should be much better for this class of hotel. Service was disaster!! I waited 15mins on a bowl for breakfast and that was with asking 3 times! It was extremely noisy at night and night porter did nothing about it at all. Such a terrible shame for...

Just back from another lovely meal in The Coast Restaurant. My husband and I have been eating Sunday dinner here regularly for many many years ( too many to count). This is our first review. As regulars we have got to know the many staff working in the restaurant over the years who have always been very attentive, professional and...

It lives by its name - Grand. Big and - yes Grand - reception area. That is nice and stands out from modern business hotels. Service was alright. Not specifically overly friendly or welcoming at the reception, but alright. The hotel premises are a maze of corridors. I stayed for four nights and only on 3rd night started to remember...

Spent two nights there for a conference this February. Breakfast is good, the room was very confortable but the absolute highlight was the spa. Long 25 m pool, jacuzzi and massage. A bit unconfortable as you need to leave the main building and cross a small road to enter the spa, but luckily the weather isn't that cold in Dublin.

We was fortunate to meet a boy named Christian who guided us to get to the room and helped us with luggage, plus recommended us some points of interest and landmarks in Malahide and Dublin. We appreciated the cleanliness of common areas and the room, we were delighted by time spend at the bar and spa area for relaxing. We...

Myself and my Wife stayed in the Grand Hotel in January, for a weekend. One word describes our experience - Superb. Rarely do I look back on a Hotel stay, without finding some little fault or other, but not here it was Faultless. Setting, Views, Rooms, Facilities, Food, Malahide and most importantly - Hotel Staff, the whole experience was memorable....

It has everything is the line the Malahide Tourist Board gives for its town. Well, so has the Grand Hotel in Malahide. I attended a conference recently there. Rarely does one go to a business event and feel as if one has also seen a bit of the locality. But the Hotel is situated next to the beautiful estuary, with...

I have visited the restaurant and bar at the grand hotel on several occasions. The Carvery lunch prices at 12.50 euro is well worth the effort with high quality meats, plenty of vegetables and a good array of desserts.
