We enjoyed our stay for two nights and had no issues. The family room was quite large and plenty of room for two adults and two children. In addition the bathroom was also pretty large with a lot of room to get ready.

Yes, the parking is free, but they don't have their own parking lot. You will have to parallel park on the street in front. A bit tricky for those of us not used to driving on the left side of the road, but it was very common to see cars parked facing both directions, so feel free to approach from either side. The street is not that wide anyway! Dingle is a small town, and Sraid Eoin House is toward the edge of the busiest area, so finding a space was never a problem for me. I never saw one of those parking meter dispensers, don't know if there are any in Dingle or not, but there weren't in front of our building. And the rest of Dingle is small enough that you can walk everywhere.
In short, not a problem!
