My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at The Ashfield B&B while traveling through Ireland on our way to view the Ring of Kerry. Mary was a delightfully pleasant and welcoming host. She made us feel very much at home and the breakfast she served us one of the best we had on our ten day trip across the...

Mary’s B&B is in impeccable condition. Everything is so well maintained and clean. We had a very large room with 2 double beds and a spacious sparkling clean bathroom. Her location is about a 10-12 minute walk into town where all of the pubs, restaurants and shops are. She’s also located in a good central location for when you begin...

Mary was an absolutely wonderful hostess. Food was delightful, she was knowledgeable about all of the sights to see and restaurants to try, and the rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated. I will definitely be staying when I return in a few years!

Mary Brennen.....a first call hostess who keeps a very nice B&B. Her service, breakfasts, rooms, and travel advice....all nicely done and appreciated. Her ready smile and the accompanying rosy cheeks......... free :) We stayed three nites and were pleased throughout our stay. Kenmare vs. Killarney, is less crowded (tourists) and easy to get around within and to all the sights...

We booked 4 nights with Mary at Ashfield B&B for late August 2015. This was the perfect way to begin our two weeks in Ireland. Mary was an incredible host and the B&B is absolutely wonderful. Our room had lots of light and everything was immaculate. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

This is a lovely B&B situated in a quiet location with an easy walk into town for eating, drinking or browsing. The facilities were very clean, reasonably spacious and tidy and Mary was an excellent host. The breakfast was very nice, especially the full Irish. This was a great place to return to following a busy day out exploring the sights.

Mary was a great host, the rooms were great and breakfasts delicious. There were six of us in the group and everyone was happy with the accommodations. I would be very happy staying there again. The GPS was our only problem but once we found the place (based on Mary's directions not the GPS) all was well.
