We stayed here for 1 night on May 29, as part of our 18 day trip around Ireland. Of all the B&Bs we stayed in, this one was one of our favorites. Mary was a delightful hostess. We were in Room #1, which had a sitting area with a a large picture window with a beautiful view. The bed was...

Our visit was a short one but we felt very welcome o our stay. This was a really lovely place just 10 mins walk from shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good with amazing home made bread. We would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in a beautiful room with all services. We wanted to extend our stay for one night but unsurprisingly Mary was fully booked but she contacted a local friend who managed to put us up for the extra night. The B&B is well placed for the pleasant town of Kenmare which has plenty of good eateries....

My Wife and I enjoyed our one night stay in this comfortable, homely, clean and well decorated, reasonably priced B & B. We particularly appreciated the cream tea on arrival, and Mary’s guidance for a pleasant, level walk shortly thereafter around the nearby scenic peninsular of Reenagross Park. We slept well and had a tasty filling breakfast, after my early...

Mary was such a delight she made us feel at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Her humour and wonderful nature made our stay memorable. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully prepared. The room was a good size and very comfortable with a lovely rural outlook.

My husband and I spent two nights here and found it to be immaculate, friendly and convenient. Mary has been doing this for years and has mastered running a B&B. We found the room and facilities to be immaculate. Very peaceful area and only a 10 minute walk to Kenmare center.

Without doubt the very best B&B in Ireland. Having traveled to Ireland six times and stayed at many B&B's Mary and Paul Brennan's Ashfield House is the very best.. The room was very clean and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet location near the golf course and an easy 10 minute walk to Kenmare town center. Mary goes...
