About
Description
Netherleigh B&B is in the middle of cooks lane, which is a quiet country lane in Axminster on the border of Lyme Regis, it has no street lights which on a clear night makes the stars in the night sky look amazing. More We are only a few minutes away from the pretty market town of Axminster. Our local pub, The Hunters Lodge is a 16th-century inn which is only a few minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. It is a family pub serving great home cooked food and local ales and beers. We are a 5 mins car journey to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall River Cottage HQ or River Cottage Canteen. Less

We stayed in the self contained "studio", very comfortable although a bit cramped as we were two women requiring a bed each. This necessitated having the sofa-bed as a bed all of the time. Despite this the stay was great, pre-ordered breakfast delivered to the...More

I stayed in Sue's Studio a self contained apartment which was very comfortable and had everything that I needed. Breakfast was served in the room and was well cooked, hot, on time and just what I ordered.

Lovely room, totally private and self contained. Well looked after by your B&B hosts who very kindly leave far more than expected in the room for your stay (a gift basket, kit-kats with full tea/coffee/cereals/milk, all on top of a cooked breakfast.. Can't recommend enough.

We stayed here for one night in the snug while visiting the area. It is a beautiful room! The decor was stunning, spotlessly clean and very functional. I loved that you had breakfast served in your room. The tea/coffee/milk etc was superb, loved the little...More

"If you can manage stairs, go for the suite. If not, the cabin or the snug would be better."
