This was now my 5th time back at Falcon Lodge. Previously I have stayed in a single room but this year my 2 adult children came as well. Manon, the very helpful and accommodating Manager at Falcon Lodge, upgraded us to a newly refurbished family room. It was large, with sink, microwave, fridge and access onto a lovely terrace. It...

I had springs in the mattress pressing into my legs, there was no blanket on the bed and when I turned on the heater it cut out the fridge so no heat. There was an elderly man next door making strange noises. The room felt dark and depressing but staff were nice and you get what you pay for.

Overall I enjoyed my month stay, and am happy to be back here in a few months - so I'm satisfied with the place. Don't expect super high standards from a place this cheap. Expect a decent roof over your head and kitchens to cook in. If you want Travelodge go Travelodge, don't complain. The rooms are basic, but clean,...

I stayed recently at the Falcon Lodge for a few nights. I have rated the lodge "terrible" simply because of the inconsiderate attitude of most of the residents living at the lodge long term. The lodge has real potential as a great place to stay, however it is ruined by some of the inconsiderate permanent residents who reside at the...

Stayed for 3 nights and it was pleasant stay. Initially was little afraid seeing all the negative reviews here but once we reached it was totally a different experience. Totally worth for the money paid. Reception people were nice and friendly.

Falcon Lodge is without doubt the worst place I've ever stayed. Booked for 1 week but left within 24hrs. The room had 1 window (above the door) 60x45cm which obviously meant the room was dark. There was an overwhelming stench of damp. The WiFi was unusable it was so slow. The TV had a 'bunny ears' antenna & couldn't get...

Offering both short term and long term accommodation there is nothing wrong with this place. I'm staying long term and I work full time and do not suffer a mental illness. I'm simply saving until I have enough money for a bond (which is normally a month's wages in Sydney). The room is really clean and a very decent size...

Stayed here for 5 weeks, Spring 2014. Firstly, don't let the name fool you in to thinking this place is a holiday "lodge". Although it has some short-term rooms, it's predominantly a halfway house full of long-term residents who are otherwise unable to find accommodation elsewhere. Some of them are okay, most of them are dirty and inconsiderate. A few...

This place is half filled with feral or mentally-ill long-term residents who'd otherwise be homeless. I stayed out of desperation when I first arrived in Sydney in Jan, and quickly became quite badly bitten by Bed Bugs.. my room was eventually fumigated but the staff were really rude and uncaring. I was covered in painful bites. The place is absolutely...

Very low-rate for accomodation 10 minute away from the CBD The room is quiet big but the toilet is shared with other rooms. The shower do not work properly and the don not drain, but there is enough space
