We had an incredible time at the resort. Our room location was perfect, if you want to see the mountain ranges, you can do so from your room. For the New Year's Eve celebration, the resort organised live music and a dinner party for all the guests. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.☺️

Well, the best thing about our stay was that we got a room upgrade at this luxurious hotel a very decent price. The room was amazing and the hotel front desk staff was courteous. The rooms were centrally heated, which definitely helped us survive the the white winters. Dinner was really delicious, we opted for a buffet and it had mlgood options. However, the hotel seemed understaffed. Since most of the guests usually opt for stay with breakfast, the guests at the hotel outnumbered the staff. Also, the options in the breakfast were very limited and a little dissatisfying. Nevertheless, our stay was good and other than the few shortcomings as mentioned the hotel was perfect for family stay.

I don't want to ruin anyone's reputation or business but the pathetic behavior of their staff especially of General Manager Atul Gupta made me do so. I don't want fellow travelers to ruin their vacations by visiting this property so sharing my experience. He seems to be key reason why this hotel is failing.
The Anantmaya resort is just next to it and is thousand times better. Trust me, it is more than worth for extra money you pay for it.
Pros :- Huge property with amazing views from top floor but lacks positive vibes.
Cons :- 1. The whole staff including their GM Atul Gupta wants to extract money on each possible opportunity. He took direct transfers to his UPI account stating the tariff quoted to me was on that condition only. However, in reality there was no such mention of it.
2. You are not allowed to carry food to your room and the timings are strict. So on your holiday, you will have to eat when they want you to. In other words, you are struck if you booked your stay with a meal plan. I had to call GM to take 1 small bowl of Halwa for my daughter to the room.
3. The hotel doesn't have fixed uniform doe all the staff. I was really surprised to see it.
4. The DTH was not working and we had to call reception to recharge it :).
5. Breakfast has very limited options. Nothing for small kids. When I requested them to make a bowl of porridge the staff and GM said it will be chargeable or from the available menu I can make her eat bread. The GM Atul Gupta was determined that he wants to charge for anything which is not part of menu and he believes that menu he decided is best and is good for everyone. This is the lowest level of hospitality I have ever seen.
6. I requested for tea with extra ginger. The waiter who was not in uniform came and left tea flask on my table and went on to clean other tables. I waited for 5 minutes for cup and then finally managed on my own. Now, about the tea. No surprises it was pathetic.
7. Some of the reviews pasted on trip advisors are of the hotel staff itself. There is 1 review on trip advisor from Ruchi Thakur with photo. She works at the front desk.

The experience of the simply beautiful room was unprecedented. What was more compelling was the magnificent natural scenery that the room paved way for. Although, the beauty of Manali was the best part but the food that the hotel offered was also incredibly relishable. Inspite of all the obstacles in gathering the food stuff, food was beautifully qualiticious. The best part was the staff that took care of every essential and non-essential thing. Special thanks to the management who patiently solved all our issues and dissolved all our unnecessary anger.

This is the best hotel in Manali. GM Mr. Atul Gupta is a fantastic guy. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean with 24hours centralised heating and hot water. Breakfast and dinner was also very good, though the spread was less as compare to what you get in these kind of hotels/resorts. But overall a pleasant and memorable stay.

Best hotel in manali.
Breakfast, Rooms were neat and cozy, Staff were available whenever asked for, Dining area was clean and tidy, waiting time for room was not much though we booked earlier.
Well appointed spacious rooms with contemporary tech. Restaurant interiors were excellent , especially Koji and the bar.
Covid restrictions prevented use of pool and spa. Disappointed by the limited spread for breakfast-- I was informed it was on account of Covid again and possibly the low occupancy. Spa staff were kind enough to allow use on an exceptional basis. Special mention for the therapist Joyce and the manager.

Visited this property in april’22. It was my and my husband’s bday. The manager of hotel Mr Atul Gupta arranged candle light dinner along with cake and room decor. Hospitality is too good. Staff is polite. Good birthday experience received
