My husband and I had a wonderful meal again. This place never changes, which is to our liking. The meal's are always top class and the waitresses and waiter's are always professional. We have been visiting Hassle Hall for 10 years and in that time we have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work. We will be...

At Hassop Hall you can expect excellent, discreet and quick service from uniformed waiters and waitresses; more silverware than a museum; fresh white linen tablecloths and napkins; a delicious four course evening menu with plenty of variety; the opportunity to eat your breakfast in your room, wheeled in on a table laden down with the aforementioned silverware and linen; huge...

I was treated to a two night stay at the Hassop Hall Hotel for my big 50, I cannot tell you enough how wonderful it was, the actual hotel is full of character and charm, I even had to take photos of the wallpaper! The room itself was outstanding ( no 29) with an enormous walk in shower, beautiful fluffy...

Wonderful as always. Lunch was delicious. Service was excellent. Hassop Hall is so comfortable but special. Need to book as always busy but you never feel rushed. Food is always well presented and so tasty.

Hassop is a delightfully individual country house hotel. A real gem. Owned by one family since the 1970s and full of character and delightful touches. Staff charming. The restaurant menu is full of true classic dishes and has changed little since we last visited over 10 years ago and all the better for that. The wonderful food is served with...

Hassop Hall never fails to satisfy and always delivers the highest standard of service when it comes to fine dining that we keep going back year after year for my annual club luncheon gathering. It is truly a place of elegance and the surroundings are divine. The food is superb and finishing touches perfect.

First of all, I am nothing to do with Hassop Hall. I live around the other side of the world and simply visit Derbyshire two or three times a year to visit my parents. However, every time I visit the area, I try to go to Hassop Hall? Why? Simply because it is timeless. It is one of those restaurants...

I am very fond of staying in this hotel which feels like a second home to me. It is so nice to be welcomed back by friendly staff. I stayed four nights in room 29 on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. The first night a friend joined me for dinner and because a new carpet was being laid in...

It is such a treat for us coming to Hassop. We try to stay at every opportunity, birthdays, anniversary, Christmas and we are never disappointed. Over the years the rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard, with only the best fittings, quality beds and Molton Brown toiletries. It obviously costs an absolute fortune to upkeep somewhere like this,...
