I stayed with my partner as our best friends were getting married in Bakewell. Madeline and Louis were the perfect hosts, their home is beautiful and the en-suite rooms were stunning. The hosts are such nice people and were kind to let the Groom get ready in our room, along with the best men. The house felt clean, tidy and... More

Stayed here for just one night on my own while cycling in the area. Was able to get double room at very reasonable single occupancy rate, instead of the usual single room cupboard at the back that you usually get. The room was clean, nicely decorated and airy with plenty of room and a large on suite bathroom. There was... More

Stayed here overnight, and what a lovely couple to greet us on arrival. The room had en-suite shower and w/c the room itself was spotless with sky tv and tea making facilities, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area 😊. Thank you so much Louise... More

Really enjoyed our stay, Louis and Madeline look after you and the room was clean and spacious. Being able to park so close to the town centre was another bonus, you are only 5 minutes from the centre and very close to 'The Manners' if you want a pub meal. Will certainly use again if we are in the area.

We just stayed one night, but it was a pleasant stay. We got a bit lost on the way and had to call to get more directions, so it was good to see our host standing at the bottom of the road looking out for us when we finally got there. Clean, well-decorated, good sized room. Good breakfast.

This is a nice little B&B in the heart of Bakewell. Lewis and Maddy are exceedingly friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. The room was fine, nothing special but clean. A good bed, but it was a little stuffy as only one window opened(and don't stay open!). The towels weren't the softest and there was no washcloth provided. It... More

We had a very pleasant stay at this friendly and well positioned B&B. Plenty of parking and a great breakfast. Bakewell itself is a lovely town with an excellent Whiskey shop in which it would be only too easy to spend too much time.

The B&B is in a lovely Victorian House. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and fairly spacious. The bathroom was enormous by comparison. Unfortunately the shower pressure was terrible. This was compensated by the delicious breakfast of porridge, bacon, sausage and egg. The owners were friendly and genuinely happy to serve you. I would recommend this B&B.

We recently stayed in Terrafirma Guesthouse in Bakewell, we really enjoyed it and were very comfortable in this wonderful victorian home. Breakfast was really nice with a selection of homemade jams and chutneys that you could buy and take away with you. This guesthouse is in a great location in Bakewell and everything is on your door step including The... More
