Very friendly owners who were helpful and made us feel very welcome bringing us some tea on arrival which was most appreciated! We stayed in two rooms for two nights and found the rooms to be spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The town centre can be reached by a short walk either down the main road or along...

Gill and David are both very friendly and welcoming. Our double room was very cosy and quite large, and the full English...

Stayed at The Wyedale for one night on October 20th 2011. We turned up in Bakewell on a non-descript grey Thursday morning and found accommodation very difficult to come by. The tourist information office in town wasn't particularly helpful and most of the guest houses close to the centre of town didn't seem to have anyone at home or anyone...

Having stayed at Wyedale for the past 11 years have always enjoyed excellent service Rooms are always very clean and tidy and we find the location very quiet for only being a 10 minute walk from the town centre.Ideal for walkers as a base. Hospitality home from home.
