We stayed just for one night but wished it had been longer! This is a privately owned hotel just 10 miles (15 minute drive) from Stratford Upon Avon. The original older part of the hotel has been extended considerably and I think the premium rooms are located in this area. We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a...

We have stayed at the Kings Court hotel on many occasions and have never experienced any problems, however on this occasion we felt we had to make a serious complaint. We checked in to room 63 for our weekend break on Friday 29th May and our room was lovely, clean and well decorated but the carpet didn’t look as though...

We arrived on a Friday night at 8pm - check in was very quick and smooth. Greeted by friendly staff. We went straight for dinner and were lucky as there was only one more table free. Had a lovely meal, very large portions and good value for money. We ordered the half rack of ribs but were actually given a...

I arrived after 2200 after a drive from London. The receptionist was welcoming and checked me in. I was directed to one of the "chalet" rooms - out of the door opposite reception. My room - 14 - was in a courtyard overlooking the the A435 - I heard traffic passing during the late evening. The room was cold -...

We came on Saturday to celebrate My Father-inlaws 70th Birthday, Excellent Service, Food and very nice staff!!! All the food was served hot, there was plenty of it and not a single meal was wrong, which considering we had about 40 people there was brilliant, also the event planner(Stephanie) was excellent, no job too much and very good communication, Don't...

This hotel had good and bad reviews but as I had booked a weekend break I decided to see for myself. Hotel is easy to get to and even on Friday evening traffic was light. Hotel is situated outside Alcester town. Plenty of car parking space behind hotel so no need to rush ! Room was ok, a few cobwebs...
