We recently attended a wedding in the Lodge and the service and food was so good we just had to write a review. The roast beef just melted in your mouth. Fast and efficent service from staff and everyone was eating at the same time. Will be going back to try the bistro

On arrival at The Lodge we were booked in by a lovely Lady and then headed to our room. Everything was modern and clean. That evening we ate in the Restaurant - and meal was first class, as was the service from all concerned. Next morning we had a lovely breakfast - and as much as you could eat. Again...

We have stayed at the Lodge Hotel on three seperate occasions over the past few weeks and can't fault it. From the warm welcome from Anna and crew, to the friendly and attentive bar/restaurant staff tthrough to Heather at breakfast. (Apologies for not naming more staff, but they were all terrific!) We stayed in the annex on two occasions and...

Dear Desi12015, Thank you for your review regarding your recent visit at lunchtime. Firstly may I apologise for the confusion over the tobacco onions, this was entirely our mistake and should not have happened. However the dish you refer to (Herds Way) on our lunchtime menu used to be £12.45 including a side, but on our new menu is only...

Stayed in one of the annex rooms. The room was very large (single and double bed) with plenty of hangers in the wardrobe space. The decor in the room was beautiful, calm and clean. I particularly loved the enclosed private patio accessed through french doors from my room. This would be perfect if the weather had been kinder. The little...

This was my third stay in this hotel. I find it a great base for exploring the North Coast. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms seem to have been refurbished and certainly ours was lovely and very comfortable. Lots of drawer space. A table and 2 chairs. Heating was adjustable so we were able to have room warm...

Had dinner at the Lodge. The food was fine but the soft drinks were really extortionate.£3.20 for a large soda and lime. Could probably have had a glass of wine for the same price. That's taking advantage of drivers and non-drinkers. If I go again I'll be asking for a glass of tapwater.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry you felt our soft drink price was extortionate. Our soda water comes in baby small bottles (they are used as a mixer for alcoholic drinks). I am assuming you ordered two small bottles, whereas, if you had of ordered a bottle of mineral water it would have...

Literally just home from our weekend away, stayed Friday and Saturday in a newly refurbished executive suite in the lodge hotels annex. Very reasonably priced for the attention to detail and service from the second you go through the door. Arrived about 3 on Friday and had booked into a separately managed treatment room in the hotels grounds for a...

Stayed here on a one night get away deal. Lovely big room and extremely clean. Dinner in the main bar was lovely and the Breakfast the next morning beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect base for Coleraine and exploring the North West Coast.

A return visit to this hotel - was staying for an event there the following day but apart from the convenience, I couldn't find fault with it and it's excellent value for money.
