Our whole extended family, 26 people, booked the whole house for a weekend. So haven't had to share with strangers. The house is clean, spacious and the...

We had an absolute fabulous stay at the Downhill Beachhouse with our three grown up kids. With Derry, Rathlin island, the Darkhedges, Bushenden castle around the corner this breathtaking Oceanside house has it all to relax and enjoy. Thanks also to our hosts who where there when we needed. Thanks Helen and Dave

Stayed here with a group of teenagers for the weekend. They loved the location. The owners are fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. Location is perfect for seeing the north coast and enjoying some activities on the beach.

Even though it was a busy time and it seem to be fully booked but I was still able to cook in the kitchen by myself without having to share the kitchen space...It felt...

A fabulous low-key getaway; big, Victorian house nestled between a cliff wall and a wide, expansive sandy and shell-strewn beach. Secluded and peaceful. Very clean. Friendly owners. Full use of large kitchen so bring lots of food! (Photo is view from bedroom)

We stumbled upon this treasure of a place while looking for a night's stay. At first we were concerned about staying in a hostel but everything was perfect. We are two couples in our 50s and 60s travelling together and weren't sure of hostel stays. Our concerns were quickly put to rest. The Downhill Beachhouse is a family friendly hostel...
