Went to Bushtown hotel for there Sunday lunch, was definitely very very disappointed! Food was dry and cold! Was disgusting. Staff were very unpleasant and not one came to ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok! On arrival we ordered a jug of juice which we did not receive, half way through our meal a member of... More

My husband and 2 kids have just returned from the bushtown house hotel after a 4 night break. Firstly the break was a deal with 2 dinners included. I never have felt the need to write a bad review about anywhere I have stayed but felt on this occasion it was necessary. I will not go into every bad detail... More

We booked Family package with breakfast & meals. Super value, lovely staff and great atmosphere. Yes, the hotel decor is traditional & slightly dated however it made no difference overall as clean and everything we expected for 3*. During our two night stay my daughter swam in the pool 3 times! Food was delicious & quick service. Would recommend &... More

Stayed one night at the hotel. Very tired furnishing. A bit out dated and could do with some TLC. Very pricy also for accommodation and food. The restaurant food was average. Staff were very distracted and not overly friendly or attentive. Breakfast was very simple.

Stayed in the family room. Bed sheets were unclean and bathroom was extremely unclean. Grout was black around the shower tiles and also other dirt around various parts of the bathroom and bath. The breakfast however was very good.

The hotel is very run down and is in desperate need of updating. The first thing I noticed on arriving was the broken glass at the front door which took 3 days to be lifted. The next thing was that our room was not ready for checkin and we had to wait for an hour and a half along with... More

Stopped in on a day trip around the north coast. Was plesantly surprised by this hotel. Portions of food are generous, and I enjoyed good company with the fellow residence. Have to say a special mention to the excellant entertainment. My foot was tapping all night to the wonderful Janes Bradley. The staff are also very thoughtful and made sure... More
