This was an excellent choice for us for a 10 days stay. Close to N'Ards and Belfast ...all of North Down. The accommodation had everything we needed and even a friendly collie, Tess, who would occasionally come to call..i.e sit at the door until I went out to play fetch. I was ill for part of my visit and Terry...

We regularly travel to Belfast to visit family and have found this to be excellent accommodation. If you need something independent, laid back, practical, informal, comfortable and excellent value for money, then this is your place. The facilities are excellent, staff are friendly, welcoming, leave-you-to-it but at the same time available is you need them. The kids have a great...

My wife and I have just returned from a week's holiday at Cunningburn Cottages. We've stayed there many times ourselves and with our family and as usual the cottage was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Terry, the proprietor, was his usual helpful congenial self and we had a great holiday. You won't get...

Cottages spotless, well laid out and warm. Made to feel at home and very welcome by the owners who always stopped to have a chat. Child friendly environment with...

Have just returned from a weekend staying at Cunningburn Cottages. Together with some friends we rented out two of the cottages. Even though we live in Belfast, it was like another world. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cottages are warm and cosy with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. We had a great day out...

Just a short walk to the shore of Strangford Lough and just a short drive to Mountstewart, Scrabo Tower, Greyabbey, Portaferry. We have stayed here often as a family and always enjoyed it very much. Cottages are cosy and clean and the proprietors are...

The location could be a little isolated for some but for us was ideal. The cottage was well equipped, warm, clean and well maintained and the bed was so comfortable. No trouble going to sleep. Do take time to visit Mount Stewart house and gardens.

This self catering cottage is a real gem. Situated a short walk from the edge of Strangford Lough with its breath taking views, this is a very cosy cottage that caters for all your needs. A well stocked kitchen and open planned living area with comfy arm chairs and a large sofa. Being a rather cold time of year there...
